Terrible patient management. At least 6 elderly people, one standing because they ran out of chairs, waiting in the hallway to be seen. Shuffled in and out of rooms...rediculous! Took my mom 90 minutes to get through her appointment with at least half of it waiting on a chair. What's the purpose of an appointment? At least 5 people trying to check in...we were standing in a line that went out the door. Couldn't someone help with check in? Extremely poor patient management!

The staff is absolutely wonderful each time we go in. The doctor that is on our case is quite the opposite. An extreme lack of customer service, patient attentiveness, very short and kurt when he is answering questions which stresses me out to the point I feel like I'm bothering him with my questions. He doesn't face you when talking to you he'll stand on the side or behind you and this quick to get out of the room. I'd much rather have another doctor than to have to see him again . But he performed my procedure so I'll be happy when it's all said and done so I don't have to come back to him.

I have seen Dr. Teeter for approximately four years now. I have never left his office with unanswered questions. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My questions were met with competent answers. Dr. Shukla is caring and knowledgeable. I came away confident in the suggested plan of care. This is a busy office, but I was never rushed. I was treated with intrinsic value by the doctor and all of the staff.

All the staff were very professional and friendly. The efficiency of the diagnostic process was most impressive. From check-in to completion took only 45 minutes including medical history, two scans, and Dr. Shukla's examination.

I didn't have to wait a long time, but I was also at last-minute kind of appointment and everything was fine with the macular and the the other operation you do when you're 65! I just have allergies that are swelling up my eyeball and it's causing me to have bad focus and bad Bad eyesight Dr. Teeter was great and just told me to get some allergy shots and it was a two hour Visit to the office unfortunately it took two hours, but other than that, the service was great! I would recommend them as usual. I've been seeing them for two years.

Great staff and efficient process. I got a call back after hours while in Dubai after experiencing an urgent eye issue while traveling. Able to get into the office early the morning I arrived home.

Great follow up visit today with Dr. Matei and staff. Healing nicely and lifted all restrictions for me. Great job guys!!
