I feel like I got scammed on my lenses. In 40 years I've never paid so much for lenses and for the first time ever I used insurance. The staff calculated my lense price with a piece of paper and handheld calculator so I have no idea what it was actually based on. She told me that the coating on these lenses was far superior to Costco lenses. Guess what? They are all scratched up in just a few months of wearing and cleaning only with soap and water or lens solution.

Dr.Tom was attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to do a thorough check up and I will definitely come back to see him next year.

I'm a big baby when it comes to my eyes but Dr H had the best energy and made the experience very relaxing for me ! Highly recommend this place !!!

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr H for an eye appointment today. He is upbeat, quick, knowledgeable, informative and high energy! He even let me try on his own personal glasses to get the feel of progressive lenses. I highly recommend he and his staff. I had a 5+ experience. Thanks Dr H and girls, top notch service.

My family of 6 has been coming here for years. We love Dr. Hankenson. Hes always been great with our kids! My son, 11, plays baseball. He needed a trial pair of contacts to get him through to his appointment almost a month from now. The front office receptionist refused to give him a pair as he's had a pair before. She complained that he hadn't shown up twice to his prior appointment and could no longer offer him a pair. What she failed to mention when those previous appointments were scheduled, he wasn't due for an exam. He was still under coverage for his current prescription. Since she refused a temporary pair before his appointment, I desperately asked for an appointment at either location. She obviously didnt check and immediately said no. My only option is to take my family somewhere else as he needs these to be able to see in his games. Her response, "You do what you gotta do." I asked to talk to Dr. Hankenson, denied, even in between patients. Again, we have loved coming here, its a shame we have no choice but to go elsewhere. Thank you. Note: Perhaps, implementing an actual cancelation policy would be helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at Innovated Eyecare in Parker. I stopped by urgently in need of a replacement eyeglass nose pad, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional care provided by their team. The staff promptly greeted me, and without hesitation, they not only replaced the broken piece but also took the initiative to replace the other side. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail, as they made sure that all the screws were properly tightened. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction made my visit a great one, and I highly recommend Innovated Eyecare for their excellent service and caring staff.

i have bad eyes and have worn glasses and contacts for most of my life and this is BY FAR the best eye doctor experience I have ever had. Ever, like hands down. The exam was efficient and thorough, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful and had my insurance information ready to go. Very grateful for their assistance and making my eye appointment painless and cost effective! No pressure or feeling like i was being upsold on things I don't need.
