Absolutely awful experience at the Walmart Optical Center. Every single woman working there, including the manager, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. My 94-year-old grandmother, who had just spent her money on glasses there, simply asked if the tint could be changed. Instead of treating her with patience and respect, they snapped at her, acted irritated, and spoke down to her as if she were a burden. They stated they had already explained this to her.
The manager, who should have stepped in to correct the situation, was just as nasty and dismissive as the staff. It was shocking to see such a lack of compassion and basic customer service. My grandmother left feeling humiliated and disrespected.
Shame on this optical center for treating an elderly customer in such a degrading way. If this is how they treat seniors who come in with simple questions, I strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere. This location clearly does not value its customers.

First time visiting Walmart for glasses with my three kids. Lyn and Amy were the best staffs ever! They were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I was struggling with my insurance. Lyn also took her time to help my teenage child to pick her frame according to her liking. I highly recommend this place and I will never go anywhere else. Also prices for frames and lens are unbeatable and so many options to choose from. What an awesome experience!

I just ordered some glasses from this Parker Walmart vision center and had a fantastic experience! Amy was so pleasant to work with. She was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made the entire process easy. Their prices beat 3 other eye centers. They had a good selection, very similar to the other places I visited. Sooo glad I decided to come in and check them out. I almost didn't. I highly recommend this vision center. You won't be disappointed but rather, most likely, pleasantly surprised as I was! Thank you Amy for the wonderful customer service! I'm excited to get my new glasses!

Very friendly and helpful staff at this location! The young woman who worked tonight was super helpful and able to repair an older pair of glasses that had some stripped screws, which I couldn't tighten anymore. She was able to put in slightly larger screws, and it worked great to tighten my glasses back up. I wish I had gotten her name, but I'll be sure to see her again when I get my eyes examined again. I love the eye doctor that works at this vision center, best I've found in the area so far

I came here yesterday for an eye exam and some glasses and it was great. I worked with a lady, I think the manager, I don't remember her name... but she was so nice and patient. We had trouble finding my insurance, and when we finally found it, we realized I was giving her the wrong birth year for the primary. She went above and beyond with all of the time it took to find it. And she continued to talk to me during all of this, so I didn't feel ignored or that she forgot about me. She then helped me pick out 2 pairs of glasses and helped me choose the right lenses for what I needed. I am so glad I went here, and I can't wait for my new glasses to come in!!
