Didn't communicate with the referring doctor, Didn't do the correct exam, so my insurance wouldn't cover the visit. I was forced to pay $200 for virtually nothing accomplished. The receptionist was rude and didn't seem to care that their mistakes cost me money I shouldn't have had to pay out, for absolutely nothing accomplished. I would not recommend this facility.
Reached out to Gavin twice since his reply to my review. He never returned my call. Seems the CEO responds to bad reviews to make it appear the company cares. Again, I would not recommend this company.

The actual service with Patty at PW was great, the wait time of 51 minutes to see her was not. She was in the office by herself and there were two people ahead of me ordering glasses. I just needed a recheck of the segment on my new glasses. By the time I left there were four people behind me, on a Wednesday mid afternoon. I have never had to wait that long for service and was really getting irritated. I asked Patty where her helper was and she said they wouldn't give her one and told me I should let Jim know about the service. I tried to call him that day but he was out of the office. I called again yesterday and couldn't get a live person so left a message for him to call me and so far haven't heard from him. To Patty's credit she kept her calm and didn't make anyone feel rushed while making their decisions. There have been assistants in this office on many occasions and she definitely needs one now when everyone is trying to get glasses on this years insurance. It was annoying enough that if not corrected I would go elsewhere for glasses even though I have used Rocky Mountain since I moved here 5 years ago. My last two pairs of glasses have had to be remade as the segment height for the bifocal wasn't right.

The Doctor is excellent and did an awesome job. Her assistant was also excellent. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 was the receptionist and the person ordering the glasses. Both were short with us. My children have special needs and it was uncomfortable dealing with them.

My husband and I went there for the first time this week. Wonderful experience. Staff is friendly and professional. No wait time. We also purchased our glasses there and paid prices equal to discount houses. We were so delighted with our experience. If you haven't been there, you should give them a try. It is local, convenient, with great staff!

Fast, friendly, service. They went above and beyond to make our visit great! They even gave my three year old grandson some peanutbutter cheese crackers and a cup of water because they over heard him say he was thirsty and hungry. I was so impressed with their caring manner.

Terrible customer service. My fiance went for an exam and they ordered his contacts. He stopped by two weeks later and his contacts were never ordered. They resolved the issue and said they would contact him when his contacts were ready. We heard nothing from them for weeks. We stopped in and no one bothered to contact him and tell him his contacts were ready. We expressed our frustration and the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes at us. I went in for a routine eye exam with an appointment at 215. I was not seen until after 3 and still had to wait. I was as this office for over two hours. We both need glasses but are taking our business elsewhere. Very disappointing experience

i really liked the dr.s assistant. She was very sweet and helpful. Even helped me fill out my forms. The eye dr was great too. the technician out front was less so. I was looking at frames and trying different ones and she never offered any help or assistance. Stayed seated the whole time like i wasnt even there. Once i decided on a frame and took it to her then she helped me. Maybe she was just having a bad day. disinterested is how i would describe her.
