Dr. Ashby and his team are wonderful! The doctor took the time to answer any questions I had, and made the eye exam very easy.
Rocky and her staff went above and beyond to help me find a pair of glasses that fit my face, and stayed in communication with me while we were waiting for them to come in. If you live in Pueblo West this is definitely the eye doctor to come to.

Not what it used to be. Whole family has been patients for years. Called to make an appointment for December in late September/early October and was told they weren't making appointments for December. So I called 30 days before our our annual appointment was due (the morning following my text reminder from them) and was told that they are booked into January. A patient for years, not even willing to help. Now we have to find a new Dr before the end of the year so we don't miss out on our vision benefits for this year.

Very caring, warm and patient. His staff is terrific! I had checked out other eye care centers in Pueblo West and he is the winner. You get to have a picture taken of your eye instead of having the drops to dilate the pupil. I love it!

Best place I have found in the area. Dr. Ashby is great at what he does (got my rgp contacts right on the first try) and he's friendly and answers all of your questions. Takes the time to listen to you which is hard to find these days. Front staff is awesome and helped me get insurance coverage that I didn't know I had. Highly recommend!!

This used to be such a friendly office. I have been a patient for several years. The doctor is kind and wonderful but his staff is very rude. The blonde working today 5/28/21 seemed to be having a bad day and taking it out on customers. A very bad attitude towards me over the phone and in person. My recent visit has made me start searching for a new office for my family.
