Needed to have my lenses switched from one pair of frames to another same pair I had, because my lense had so scratched was hard to see out of , Dakota helped me and did such a great job! And I wasn't charged. Being an international student here in this country , I really appreciate that and felt taken care of. It was nice to have a solution go easy in life for a change. And they made that happen. Thank you so much! Excellent customer service! !

Best eye doctor I have ever been to! It's convenient as well with the drive. Unfortunately they don't take vision insurance, but they did there best to accommodate to my needs as much as possible! Thank you Dr. Tanner and staff for a great experience!

Woodland Park Vision Source and Dr. Tanner are truly one of a kind. Every visit feels more like catching up with friends than a typical trip to the eye doctor. The whole team is always so happy, helpful, and welcoming it's clear they genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Tanner is thorough, personable, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. It's a refreshing experience that feels personal, not clinical. They've been a fantastic resource for both my wife and me when it comes to our eye exams and glasses. We always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care with a warm, personal touch!

I called weeks before making the appointment to make sure that they were still covered by my insurance. I told the receptionist/billing person when I called, "Please make sure that my insurance still covers you".. It had been two years since I had been there and they had covered it then. When I got there later, she had not bothered to check. I arrived early to ask her to please check and make sure that my insurance covered them, I wanted to know for sure before going in. I made it abundantly clear. She didn't bother. She just said, "oh it should cover it if nothing's changed". Well, then they refused to even bill the insurance company because it was Vision insurance and not Medical. They did not bother to tell me that ahead of time when I specifically asked. She told me that now they don't bill Vision insurance companies. She did not tell me that ahead of time when I specifically asked about it being covered. This is unethical behavior. They may have gotten money out of me, but they have lost my future business and we will recommend to friends and colleagues that they not go to them for this reason. Apparently it doesn't matter to them if I have to pay out money that I cannot afford when I am paying monthly for Vision insurance. It should've been 100% covered. It turned out later, that Nothing was covered.

Called a few times and I also asked for appointment online to no avail...today, finally, was able to get hold of someone just to be told that they do not accept insurance and i would have to pay $190ish for 1st appointment and they would give me the paperwork to go and file for reimbursement and when i asked what insurances they do take, again, was told none....other Vision places do take insurance, I have United and Principal , happily accepted...Whoever answered the phone at this business, why would you aske me if I have insurance just to tell me you don't take insurance?? Hard pass here...

Love, Love, Love this place.The staff and doctor are so kind and did nothing but put a smile on my face, from the moment I walked in, to when I left. They tried there best to help me out money wise when I explaned my situation. First time here, and will forever choose this place. Highly recomend to all.

First time giving any business a bad review. I'm a patient person. Amber Weimer OD was wonderful. Never saw Dr. Cummings. Simple eye exam. Called prior to make sure they accepted my insurance. Was told yes. Arrived and was told they do not. Paid out of pocket. I am a 35 yr business owner in Teller County. Word of mouth with others goes further than a google review. Good luck .
