Sam was such a big help in picking out new glasses as a first time glasses wearer, she made sure I felt confident and didn't stop until I found a pair I loved on myself. 10/10 would recommend going to see that Diva!

Excellent appointment today at My Eye Doctor. Tracey was very welcoming at the front desk. She had my chart pulled before I got to the desk and was quite pleasant. Lexie was also congenial as she performed the testing prior to seeing Dr. Lung. She was pleasant and informative as well as professional. Dr. Lung was very professional and gave me a thorough exam. She then took the time to review everything with me and explain the results. Through all this she was cheerful. Chris helped me to choose eyeglass frames and was patient and helpful throughout. Chris explained in detail the billing of visit and frame/lenses. She also processed the insurance. Chris is very pleasant and easy to work with. She understood what I was looking for and was so so cheerful. All-in-all everyone was great and very nice in the office as well as professional.

Another good visit with Dr.Lung. Her answers to my questions and advice re eye care keep me coming back each year. I look forward to seeing her each year. Lexie gets us ready to see Dr.Lung and she is personable. I love that she explains what she is doing well. The staff at the front desk is welcoming and checking in is easy. This time, I spent time with Chris as I chose new eyewear. She had good ideas and had lots of styles that I liked. My visit to the office in Ansonia, as usual, was really good, thanks to the entire staff there.

The doctor was very sweet and knowledgeable. The administrative staff is atrocious. I had my eye exam nearly three months ago and still haven't gotten my contacts order despite multiple follow ups. I've given them my insurance on three separate occasions and keep getting bills in the mail without any communication. They should probably cancel their Google Workspace expense since they do not answer their emails about pertinent information. Even though when you call about a given matter, you are told to send an email. I'd highly recommend Walmart in Shelton over this place.

Dr. Nasir was very nice and knowledgeable. The receptionist also treat you well and with smiles. Unfortunately that is not enough to give this branch any more stars. The workers when you try to pick frames seem to have no knowledge or education on frames best for prescription. When I asked them they just looked at me with blank states. Furthermore when I had seen them for an urgent visit due to a corneal abrasion they charged me $160 and said because it was an urgent visit the claim had to go through my medical insurance. But when I spoke with my insurance they say no claim was ever made. Trying to call and talk to billing no one ever picks up the phone and then they tried to put me on collection. Be careful going here for eye care needs. You will be better off somewhere else.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am new to putting in contacts and get very uncomfortable with anything going near my eyes. The second I walked into the office the staff were very passive aggressive. Then when helping me the technician gave me horrible instructions and when I asked her to clarify what she was trying to instruct me rather than rewording the instructions she reuttered the same thing with a bigger attitude. Several times throughout the visit she took several digs at both me and my brother who had been in the office a week prior. I was fed up with how I was being treated so I gave some attitude back. Then when the head doctor walked by she said to him "this one is arrogant, way worse than his brother" and so I took the opportunity to ask him for help with putting my contacts in because the first time I had an appointment he was extremely helpful. He offered to take over with the contact teaching and I said "that would be appreciated" as I did not want the rude technician anymore and then she was pissed. We spent the rest of the session in silence before she left and didn't come back. I was very disappointed with how I was treated and wish I didn't have to return for another lesson. I will note though that Dr Nasir was extremely helpful and personable and with his instruction I did eventually get my contacts in

My daughter was seen in November and was told she had an inflamed Optic nerve. He was worried about a growth or even Multiple Sclerosis. He ordered an Urgent MRI and referred her to an Optic Neurologist. She had the MRI done and Thankfully we got into a wonderful Doctor at Yale. She had a 3 1/2 hour appointment and had many tests done on her eyes. All to find out that thankfully there is no growth and her Optic nerve is not inflamed and has never been. He doesn't know why he diagnosed her with an inflamed optic nerve. I am so happy that she is healthy but the worry Dr Nasir put into my 22 year old daughter and myself making us think she had a brain tumor or MS was not ok. Doctors need to be more careful and not diagnose before doing the proper tests. She also found out that Dr Nasir did not give her the correct prescription so she has been wearing the wrong script for two weeks. We did stop there and drop off her glasses with the correct prescription and they said they would correct them for her.
