Family Optometric Care

Dr Latora is fantastic. I have been seeing him for the last 10+ years. He is very thorough, takes the time to explain the visits and the results. The staff is also very nice and polite. I definitely encourage everyone to visit.

Social security sent me to this place to an appointment 1pm. The letter say to get there 15 minutes before to check in. When I got there the place was closed, and I tried to open the door. the secretary was furious and I said sorry so many times. I have no idea, I can't hear her voice from inside sitting on her desk. she opened the door and said they only open at 1 pm. there is no sign visible saying that on the door so it was very confusing. When I finally managed to get in I had to listen to her loudly complaining to her co-workers that patients there are uneducated and that thank God she already has another job lined up. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

I had an amazing experience. Isabella was very helpful working with me on getting some sunglasses! I'd definitely recommend to a friend or two!

Staff is very kind and professional

They are absolutely knowledgable and the Dr's are fantastic. The staff is super friendly and Angela in the lab is wonderful. My family couldn't be happier.

The staff refused access to restroom facilities to a patient. Had to leave the building to find a lavatory. Unprofessional. Would advise against this place, they only care about themselves

The Middle aged lady with the blonde hair blue eyes wearing blue doctor uniform in the front desk need to work on her smart attitude it's not professional and it's disrespectful. Why you even here seriously ?

Very clean and friendly place and nice staff. Nice frame selection to choose from.
