first time appointment for a simple eye exam!had gotten a referral for Dr Pasternick....sadly he was booking months out but Dr M was only 2 weeks. I now know why! I got there 10 min early and filled out forms. After 40 minutes of waiting woman came out and called out a name....I asked her if my name was in the que? she looked at me like I had 5 heads..."are u talking to me" I said I was just curious to know what was going on, the woman sitting next to me shook her head and said she had been there for over 2 hours .....I laughed and went up to the window and told them I was cancelling my appointment and to have a nice day! the woman actually asked me if I wanted to rescedule? lol lol lol I asked "for this office" she said "yes" , i just wished her luck and walked out! what a horrid experience! If they gave me 5 pair of over priced frames 150 to 330....Id not go back.. i could buy 5 quality sets of frames online for $100 with shipping!!! what a scam

I brought my disabled father in law to his appointment for laser surgery at 945am they made him sit in the waiting room for 2.5 hrs. It became clear they overbook this practice as everyone in the waiting room was agitated and complaining! When he was seen he was greeted by the most absolute wretched woman with no manners. Be cautious we booking here!

I've been a patient of Dr. Latora well over 15yrs. He's kind, knowledgeable and very through. Highly recommend Dr. Latora.
