Dr. Loveland is really good and the staff is very friendly and nice, however my issue is how long you have to wait. Each time I come for an appointment, I have to wait at least 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before I am called back in to see Dr. Loveland. This is very frustrating and annoying. I could be doing other things. I feel like they do not value your time and this is very aggravating.

I was a patient here for over 20 years, after new management took over partial ownership after Covid it had gone absolutely down hill. Charlie is by far one of the rudest people to deal with and lacks basic knowledge of his products in the store, had me send my glasses back five times before finally admitting they changed to making the lenses with a cheaper material.. rather than tell patients that they are paying the same price for cheaper less effective lenses. He has all but embarrassed himself in front of other patients during several interactions. It's a shame because Dr. Nancy Loveland has always been lovely and our entire family has gone there for many years. If you asked me prior to new management I would have always recommended them.. not anymore. Receptionists are sweet, however Charlie leaves a terrible sore on the establishment.

From time of booking my appointment to checking in to seeing the doctor to finding new glasses and checking out the process was joyful, helpful, no stress and easy. This office has incredible knowledgeable staff, AWESOME doctor who figured out what was wrong with my prescription (done by another facility) and now I can see!!!! The best selection of all designer glasses, home run!
