I had the best experience with Donna and Jason at this location. They were beyond helpful, kind and truly went above and beyond. I came all the way from NYC after breaking my glasses and they helped me not only fix my glasses, but also provided me with temporary contact lenses to help me get by in the meantime. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. 10/10 service and overall great experience!

I came in for an adjustment and pickup of some new glasses. Jason greeted me as soon as I walked in. I've been purchasing glasses my entire 60 years and know one has ever told me that I've been purchasing glasses with too long of temples and that's why I always have problems with the glasses slipping down my nose.
Jason was amazing!! He was able to shorten the temples/arms right while I sat there and thy are perfect!!
Great place and people! Big selection of glasses. Seriously he went out of his way and I'm very grateful

I went to this place on Tuesday to have an exam. The receptionist was on the phone for over 20 minutes while I was at the counter waiting to be seen. He was incredibly rude to me for not speaking English, and didn't even bother to call someone who spoke Portuguese to help me. I took time off work to go for the exam. My sister speaks English, and I offered to help by translating via video call, but he refused my request and they wouldn't assist me. I was there paying; I wasn't getting anything for free! I don't recommend this clinic if you don't speak their language! (Se voce nao fala ingles, nao va a essa clinica!!)

I'm only giving 1 star because the employees are pretty good. This place is a terrible eye glass business. They sell products that are poorly made . It's very frustrating as they get you in the store with slick ads then everything is pushed as an up sell if you want dec ntEyewear . They should be ashamed of themselves. If uou need simple 'script. You'll be fine otherwise steer clear of this place

Jason really helped me out with getting the best deal. I was looking to purchase two pairs of glasses and sunglasses. I was able to buy all three for a little more than what I've paid for one in the past. The prescription I have always cost me a little bit more so I was extremely grateful at the cost. They have a great selection of all types of trendy frames and I wasn't stuck having to get something I wasn't thrilled with because of cost.

So far so good. We finally found someone to accept our Medicare Advantage Eyecare Insurance. The tech, Donna, was very helpful in helping us apply our allotted benefit to the purchase of new Prx glasses. She took our info and submitted directly to our insurance provider. Very professional through out the process. We only gave 4 stars since we are awaiting our glasses. Once received in the time frame promised we will update review with the outcome.
