I thoroughly echo the other reviews on here, my mom has been a patient for years now. We've seen nearly every doctor by this point, the wait times are egregious, moving from room to room without explanation, and limited time with the doctor themself. It seems to be the same story with each one but lately we've returned with Dr. Jangi. The difference is palpable with her team. Especially their receptionist Lisalynn, whether it's me, my sister, or my husband bringing my mom to the office, she always greets my mom by name and with a smile. She remembers everything we've told her, shares lighthearted conversation with everyone, and shows a level of care rare for a doctor's office. The other supporting staff for Dr. Jengi are similarly dedicated and patient with my mom when she's having more trouble. Christen often stays behind in the room going over medications making sure everyone knows what to do even after they need to see the next patient. Dr. Jangi's team across the board ensures we understand my mom's condition and how to support her properly through any procedures. Despite the occasional scheduling headache, I trust Dr. Jangi most with my mom's care and appreciate the ease of an efficient appointment led by kind providers.

Dr DeCashe is a very in-demand doctor. His waiting rooms were overflowing with patients waiting for one part of their exam or another. I was seen in a timely manner much to my surprise. Support staff were also helpful and kind.

A long time patient. I was greeted by name. DALLAS the assistant that ran my tests was lovely. She explained the tests as she was doing them. The wait to see Dr Paul was only a few minutes. In and out in reasonable time.

Isaiah and Sharika were very professional & helped me to get an appt the day I called. They were very kind & courteous. Thank you for your service of excellence.

The visit was a very positive experience from check-in to check-out. Dr. Zuckerman is very knowledgeable, addressed my specific concerns, and has a wonderful manner. Elizabeth is very personable and has a way of putting you at ease during the visit.

My appointment yesterday with Dr. Altman was very good. (I have never had a bad visit). The young lady who worked with me before Dr. Altman was excellent. She explained everything. My visits over all the years with Dr. Altman have always been excellent. I alway recommend this practice to others.

Long waits and overcrowded. There were no seats in the waiting room or hall so I was brought back to Dr Altman's area which was also crowded. My Appt was 10:20 but did not get out till after 12. At the appt. I previously had, I was there over 2 1/2 hrs. Mostly, all my appts are never on time and there are long waits. I don't understand why it is always so overscheduled! If One of your drs had to wait in another dr's office, it would be totally unacceptable. They would never do it. Then to be told my time is important is a joke! I have been a patient there almost 50 years. It has seriously outgrown this building.

I usually don't write reviews, but considering how awful and traumatizing this experience was I have to say something. DO NOT GO HERE if you value your health/vision. I suffered a work accident on 10/8 that required immediate attention. The urgent care I was initially sent to could not do anything so I was sent to this facility. The doctor was very angry and her primary goal was for me to leave her office. This lead to a very dismissive attitude where she did not take the proper time to care or diagnose the damage I sustained. This was a serve subconjunctival hemorrhage that turned the entire eye red. For reference, there are much less severe cases that are blurred on google images because they are too graphic. She wanted me out of her office so badly that she told me that my vision would be fine, that it just looked 'really scary'. She told me that my eye would go back to normal in a week (it took an entire month) She did not warn me of the possibility that the damage might be latent and that I could have permanent changes to my vision within the next couple of weeks/months due to the hit causing trauma to the vitreous behind my eye. I found out from a different doctor a month later that my vision has been permanently damaged, and I can no longer go outside without having issues. My vision has been slowly getting worse. This has been heartbreaking, and I wish I would have been at least given the courtesy of being informed so that I would have been better prepared for the loss. The final straw which made me decide to leave the review was the incredibly rude and incompetent staff. The girl at the front desk asked for my company's information for the workman's comp, but when I finally found it and offered it to her she told me she didn't need it. I believe no attempt was made to do the right thing. Three agents from the workman's comp have reached out to them and still Connecticut Eye Consultants cannot revoke the claim from my insurance provider. They didn't even respond to the last email I send regarding if they revoked the claim. I've wanted to begin the process of trying to accept what has happened to my vision and move on, but cannot with this hanging over my head.
