Awesome experience here. Everyone is very helpful. The office staff is on the ball with reminders of appointments and keeping things moving. The eyeglass specialists were excellent at helping us pick glasses that look amazing. They were able to handle two people with 3 sets of glasses efficiently but patiently even when it took me a while to pick the perfect pair. The eye doctor is fantastic very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable while still informing us of our the changes in our RX and eye health.

Today had a great experience with Dr. Goldheart(?). He explained things very thoroughly and did a great exam I've been coming to my eye doctor for years and he is the first one to truly go through the scan. I also want to say that Paige was super helpful. Paige is kind and truly understands what your needs are with finding a new pair of glasses. The other person I'd like to call out would be Nicole as she is bar none! She always has a smile on her face and is willing to go above and beyond to help you. The folks in the Danbury office really go above and beyond to get you through a process that is very routine and can sometimes be a pain.

I had such a great experience at this office. I ordered contacts for the first time today, and the entire staff was incredibly patient and helpful while I practiced putting them in and taking them out. When it came time to check out and order my contacts, they were just as accommodating--reviewing my insurance coverage, walking me through different payment options, and making sure I received the most affordable prescription for my contacts, which came with several helpful perks. The doctor is currently working solo with no tech/assistant and I truly appreciated the amount of time and attention I received. They made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and satisfied throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend.

I look forward to attending my annual check up at MyEyeDr. Nicole, the office manager, is personable, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. This transcends to the rest of the office staff. Paige is also great to work with. I trust her and Nicole to pick out my frames every single year for the last few years.

My experience with my eye Dr on North Street in Danbury has always been excellent. Nicole, the office manager, truly runs a tight ship and you can tell that she's a wonderful person inside and out . In the many years I've been coming here, I've never had an issue with anyone on the staff. Everyone is always pleasant, helpful, and patient. For example, last week during my yearly exam, I had a hard time choosing frames. Paige helped me and was incredibly patient -- it took me over an hour to decide, and she never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. She was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this office

I love this place! I have never been to an eye dr that makes me feel so comfortable! Nicole is the best! Her personality alone gives it such a warming family touch! Thanks to all you guys for being AMAZING

I live this place and wouldn't go anywhere else! The entire staff is amazing. I had an appointment today that I missed by 21 minutes and was told i was too late. I was very disappointed more at myself because I desperately needed glasses. The way they handled my frustrations was very impressive. Nicole, Paige and both the women at the front desk (didn't get thier names unfortunately) today felt bad. They called me a few hours later telling me they found an appointment for me the same day and made it a priority to get me in as soon as possible. I was treated like a well respected customer even after I gave them a bit of a hard time. If I can give more stars I would. Thank you!!

Paige was awesome. So very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I asked her opinion on frame shape and color for my face and she was spot on!! The right frame and color sure do make your appearance much improved! Thank you the manager Nicole also for her guidance. Extremely pleased with my glasses and many many thanks to Paige.
