I took my mother to this location for her first ever glasses. The entire team was amazing so helpful and kind and made her at ease with the tests and ordering glasses (picking colors and styles that were best for her). They really took time and care working with us. The doctor went out of her way to discuss with my mother issues she was having and solutions for them. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience this was and definitely the place my entire family will go for eye care.

If i could give a '0' star i would. Leaving this review from my personal account. Calling from another optometrist office to get information on our new patient which is a current patient at this location to compare his prescription we have been calling since September 30th to get that information, every time we call they say they are understaff and they will call us back. Well today we called again and the front desk lady Savannah didn't even say please hold she just placed us on hold, and then the manager Bridget got on the phone she was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! We asked for cooperates number and she did not want to provide us with that information. Called a different My Eye Dr location and they were able to provide us with that patients information with no hesitation and they were very kind about it.

Wish I can give this rude office no stars! I work at an optometrist office and needed a mutual patient last prescription. I was calling since 09/30, savanna said she was going to send it and never did. Called again on 10/2 and their excuse was that they are short staffed and Bridget was going to send it in an hour. Called today on 10/3 Savana answered, very rude put me on hold without telling me she was putting me on hold. Transferred me to the manager Bridget, extremely rude!!! Answered the phone all ghetto, screaming over me wasn't letting me talk and hung up the phone.I called back and I told her as a manager she should not talk to anyone in that way and that I was leaving a review, she said she was going to leave a review for my office too if I did that. I asked her for corporates number and she said to find it on my own and hung up the phone. I called a different location and they were able to assist me with the patients previous prescription with no problem, I told him what happened with this location and he was able to give me corporates number and that they take that very serious! There is no reason for her to had been so rude!

Rude staff. If you hate your job and you're miserable just say that. Bridgette was horrible, had no customer service skills and is very clearly unhappy with her job. Returned a call from a voicemail saying someone called me but gave no reason as to why. Bridgette answered rudely and even scoffed asking what the reason for my call was. If I knew, I would've started with that. Usually when a patient calls back you ask for their name. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible human being. It's no ones problem you're short staffed, learn manners, very miserable woman.

Absolutely great from start to finish. The general manager, Bridget, was extremely helpful and absolutely lovely. The doctor was thorough and professional as she offered explanation and gave great knowledge as to options and diagnosis. Great selection of frames as well. Will definitely be back.

I had a very disappointing experience at MyEyeDr. I arrived with my mother as her translator for a pre scheduled appointment. Upon arrival the black lady at the front desk was assisting another customer, which was not an issue. However, when it was our turn, the woman was very rude and dismissive. She repeatedly and condescendingly asked, "If you don't know English, no appointment." Her tone and words were offensive, and I felt as though we were being discriminated against. While I can appreciate the potential challenges of communicating with non-English speakers, the manner in which we were addressed was inappropriate and created a very uncomfortable environment. After this exchange we just decided to leave. The women then followed us outside shouting to get our attention and again said, "I just want to make it clear again, if you don't know English, no appointment." I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and unnecessary.

What a great place. I was having a coughing attack and the awesome lady behind the desk wanted to give me a water, but I decline. I went outside to finish my coughing attack and she gave me cough drops to help me. That is a very helpful and caring person.

I recommend just going to the North Street one. I usually go to North Street but this one is closer to my work. This was a very time consuming visit and not one you can get done on your lunch break. The staff was agitated and spoke unkindly to each other and it was very stressful to listen to the arguing. They had a hard time processing my insurance as well as not having my paperwork ready when I came in. I had already done the whole process online checking in. The assistant who checked my eyes at the beginning did not speak to me much but was kind enough. The place itself needs upgrades physically as well. The only positive thing I can take from this is the doctor was sweet and I wish her the best in her career.
