I didn't have a visit. I didn't get passed the front desk. First I was inaccurately identified twice- then I was told my insurance was inactive.
It's NOT.
I left and called another eye doctor and have an appointment for Monday. I will never go back to Lens Crafters and the terrible treatment I received.

I am Very Disappointed in this office. I had an appointment scheduled for weeks. I showed up after leaving work, driving there, and finding out they gave away my appointment yesterday. I never received a call or message from them. They said that for some reason i "showed up as a NEW client" even though i had been there multiple times previously. they found the error but said I could only schedule another time. Not Happy!
