I have attempted to schedule an appointment several times but was unable to reach anyone, as the phones were not being answered. When I finally connected with a staff member, she came across as disengaged and reluctant to assist. Unfortunately, this does not leave a positive first impression, and I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Just moved to CT from Mass. I made an appt with a different eye place, and they suggested I go to Solinsky because I have medicare & other insurance. Very competent staff & eyeglass place. The exam was thorough, everything was explained to me, and I felt very comfortable throughout the process. I bought glasses at the in-store eyewear person, and she was awesome! I have a hard time picking out glasses, she was very honest & helpful. Glasses were ready in 2 weeks.

Amazing experience with my two kids. The nurse helping us before we saw the doc, Tony, was incredible. So kind and patient. Then we saw Dr. Chateauneuf.
