I had an incredible experience from start to finish. Sarra was absolutely amazing-- she answered every single one of my questions (and I had a lot), made sure I felt informed at every step, and genuinely supported me through the entire process. Her calm, reassuring energy made such a difference. Dr. Stein and the whole team were so relaxed, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. The environment never felt rushed or clinical-- just confident, friendly, and comforting. They made what could've been a nerve-wracking procedure feel smooth and stress-free. I'm almost at my one-month appointment now, and my eyes feel great. The recovery has been so much easier than I expected, and joining the 20/20 club has been completely worth it. I'm so grateful for the care I received here and would recommend this team to anyone considering LASIK.

dr. eric donnenfeld is one of the world's BEST. this man hold several patents relating to eye treatment and care. google his name and see for yourself. unfortunately his staff makes him look BAD. some specifics i have experienced: 1) 30-60 minutes wait time before you are seen in stamford 2)stamford staff doctors not calling in meds for at least 2 days 3) no directions with the meds and lastly 1 hour hold time when you call. i dont plan to leave his practice because he is TOPs in his field. I just wish he got more respect and appreciation from his staff by doing a better job.

I have no complaints about the doctor. But, last year I wasted two and a half hours to complete my annual eye check and eyeglass prescription. The office has an assembly line setup where each device or step of the process was manned by a technician. The technicians wasted time by joking and kidding around with each other between patients. When it was finally my turn at the eye test and refractor machine. I mentioned to the tech that the lenses were smudged, to which he wiped one lens off with a "I don't give a damn" attitude. But, it didn't help the situation any as all the lenses were smudged. Considering how filthy a critical piece of optical equipment was, I wondered if anything in the office was disinfected in this age of COVID-19. Today a receptionist called and asked if I needed help making an appointment this year. When I said, "I was so disappointed with the experience last year that I'm looking for another opthamologist." To which she said, "OK. No problem." No exit interview. No apologies. No retention attempt. Just a I don't care attitude. The staff needs to be trained in respect and caring. There were about 8 patients in the waiting room and work stations at the time. Calculating excess waste time at 2 hours each. The staff wasted 16 man/hours of others' time. They didn't care about that. They didn't care that they represented their employer poorly. They didn't care that they were costing their employer money through inefficient waste and client alienation. What happened to pride in one's work and care in Healthcare?

I went to this office today for one of my clients (special needs). We waited almost 2 hours to be seen, then the appointment was only 5 minutes. The parking is horrible and not very handicap accessible. The doctor barely even said a word to me. I'm thankful we do not have to return. Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the girl at the front desk was very nice.

Dr Noecker was on point with the treatment and exam. All staff very kind, nice and friendly. But the front desk girl who speaks Spanish wasn't very nice and friendly. Was to rough, bad mood and unprofessional answering questions to whoever was checking in.

Dr. Noecker and his team are efficient and kind. Minimal wait time. Dr. Noecker handled my referral to him for a trickly glaucoma procedure in a very professional manner. He is a gifted surgeon. His understated yet confident demeanor is very much appreciated. He willingly takes as much time as needed to answer every question and fully explain the game plan. Highly recommened and many thanks

I came here to find information about the lasik procedure for my 18 years old son. The staff are professional, they informed us very well and the doctor did a thorough exam to see if he was a good candidate. The only reason why I didn't choose this place was because I didn't find enough specific reviews on the lasik procedure. Being that is ones vision, I rather find a place that just focus on the procedure.

Dr. Tiedemann is amazing, gentle, and patient. As well as the rest of the staff I had a procedure done yesterday, I was really nervous leading up to it. Dr. T and her team reassured me everything would be fine I woke up this morning shocked at how well I'm feeling and happy I was referred to the best team!
