The staffs are very attentive, and caring. I live how they introduce themselves each time you walk in a room with them, letting you know it details what will be done that day.
This is especially great for me because I can relax and have important conversations of my concerns in a relaxed way, which makes me feel like I'm being heard. I can't express truly how important this is, because I already have high blood pressure, so being under extra pressure and being rushed doesn't help. I especially appreciate that doctor Oberman doesn't always used all the medicine terms and jargon's to explain what's going on with you. Again this helps to have that important conversation as to what needs to be done in order to get better progress on eye health

The staff is excellent, helpful and go about their work in a cheerful manner. The staff is the frontline of a doctor's office and it sets the right
tone for a visit. Both the admin staff and the technical staff are to be complimented.
As for the doctor, Dr. Jeffery L. Obermann does his examination and interaction of and with the patient thoroughly and gives all the time to the patient to ask questions, if they have any, and is willing to provide a detailed answer.
From my perspective, the visit was a good one. Thank you Dr. O and the staff. Wish all of you and your families a very happy holiday season. Good health and happiness and a most rewarding 2026.

John did a great job on all the preliminary stuff, made me feel right at home. And Dr. Oberman was amazing, caring compassionate, clear and detailed explanations.
