My wife and I have always been treated with a high level of courtesy, respect and professionalism. The intake techs are cheerful and welcoming. We are patients at the Farmington Facility and have been for a decade Just today I had a panic call with my right eye and called to see if I could get in and be checked. I was taken care of with an appointment to see Dr. Lee who was a five star doc. She made me feel that my condition was not the end of the world and realized what an aversion I have with my eyes. Consulting Opthamologists gets a five star from me every time. They really do know how to schedule and despite the bad reviews I'm reading, I'm confused anyone would have a bad experience. Thanks Consulting Staff and Dr. Lee for getting me in with my concerning, painful issue. I know you are there when I need you. That's always a five star feeling. 10/10/2025 - Had a reassuring visit with Dr Gingold who put my mind at rest with my eyes and their issues. Arrived at 9:45 for a 10:00 visit and was on my way out at 10:30. Thank you for respecting my time and the professionalism shown in my behalf. I appreciate you taking the time to explain in detail what I should and shouldn't be doing for good, healthy eye care.

Encountered a terrible technician in the G-bury optics shop. She spent 15+ minutes chatting about her weight loss plan with someone instead of waiting on the next customer. Very unprofessional and unfair to the line of people waiting for assistance.

I recently had an eye appointment and was impressed with the professionalism of all the staff. It was my first visit there and I would recommend it especially if you have specific issues with your eyes as they have specialists within the field of opthalmology.

Although the receptionist and Doctor were really friendly I felt like a wheel in an assembly line. Wait in line to check in...go to wait room...go to multiple exam rooms with a tech....go to another wait room with multiple people sitting and waiting to be called..then go to exam room to meet with the doctor for a brief exam...end of visit go back to a line in order to check out which was extremely annoying with only two receptionists working. The office is extremely large and almost feels like a warehouse type of atmosphere. I prefer a more personalized visit.

Terrible experience!!! They have no respect for patient's time. My appointment was for 2:15 pm and by 4:10 pm I still was not seen by doctor. My eyes were fully dilated since 3;25 pm and I had to leave and could barely see. I arrived on time at 2:13 pm having fully checked in ahead of time. The technician didn't come to get me until 3:00 pm and then after dilating me she sent me back to wait in overcrowded waiting room for doctor who never came. They should be ashamed!! Please don't waste your time or dignity on this practice!!!

This office is horrible, it lacks the empathy needed when caring for patients. I wouldn't recommend a flea to see Dr David Bushley. The previous review was correct, it's like a factory there and the patients are on the assembly line. I asked for a referral to see a neuro specialist and was informed by his secretary, Kathy that "he said no". It is not his health or his dime that should make him resistant. If he has no answers then, allow someone else to find the solution. Leave the ego out of it!

I called as a new patient to get an appointment for md to assess a shimmering that had developed in my eye. Secretary told me they needed notes from a doctor or optometrist to see me for this issue. But I hadn't seen any doctor or optometrist to have notes sent!!! This didn't make any sense. Then they offered an appointment with their optometrist and after that I could make an appointment with a doctor. Ahhh! Now it makes sense - they get two fees.

Thanks to the expertise of dr. Edwards, now I understand my condition. I'm feeling confident in the care I received and optimistic about my eye health.
