Denise and the crew there have been helping me with my choice selection of Wiley X glasses for work and my annual clearance script through insurance and always offer the best they can to accommodate my requests. Dr. Guimond and the Eyeglass Place are fantastic! My eye exam was thorough, the office had a lot of cutting edge technology to best assess my eye health and vision changes. Getting a new prescription was very easy, I purchased my contact lenses and looked through the wide array of glasses available. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and accommodating and they accept my vision insurance through EyeMed. I'm already looking forward to my visit next year!

Such a great experience! Denise and Dr. Guimond were incredibly thorough and made switching to new prescriptions and lenses surprisingly seamless. I left feeling confident and well taken care of.

I'm writing this review for my mom, a senior citizen. She recently purchased new lenses from this business. They give her someone else's lenses in her frame. When she came to them saying she couldn't see, they gaslit her. The optician said the lenses were correct but was unable to find her original rx to compare it to. They wouldn't remake her glasses or refund her money. She's retired, on a fixed income, but was forced to spend money on a new eye exam and new glasses elsewhere because of this business' mistake (4 months after her last exam). Here's what they found: 1. The prescription in the lenses is completely off- by a full diopter (think -0.50 when it was supposed to be -1.75.) There was nothing wrong with the rx she was given just the lenses put into her frame. 2. The new optician saw that the letters on the lenses had been cut off- which they're not allowed to do. The lenses had been cut from someone else's to fit her frames. 3. The bifocal line was way below her eye. It's no surprise that she couldn't see. Shame on The Eyeglass Place! I understand that mistakes happen but instead of owning up to their mistake or helping her in any way, they chose to act like she was making it up. They obviously care more about making money than helping their customers!

The staff is very nice and they seem to have a lot of options. Unfortunately, they do not honor appointment times. While this may be fine for others, it is difficult for those who are blocking off time during work hours. In particular, on my 3rd visit I waited 10 mins past my appointment while the person I was meant to see helped someone else. When they wrapped up, she proceeded to offer help to someone else who had walked in. When I reminded her of my appointment, she said that she can't put my appointment ahead of existing walk ins. If that's the case, then I'm not sure why I even made an appointment and didn't just come in when it was more convenient. Unfortunately won't be going back.

I went here for my eye exam and Dr. Guimond is great. He was very personable, explained everything clearly, and efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

My experience with Dr Guimond and the entire Eyeglass Place was nothing but positive! Time efficient, helpful, friendly and professional. If you're looking to support a small private practice this is your place!

Friendly staff, super helpful. Much better than myeyedr, no amount of fancier equipment can make them worth it. it I had to switch to here because sometimes doing things the old fashioned way just works well.
