The desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The assistants were very helpful and listened to all of my concerns. The Dr. Dr. Swan was cordial and knowledgeable. He did a quick and thorough exam, Looking back on my eye health history coming to a conclusion and treatment plan that made sense. There is no other eye health facility That I trust more.

This was my first time coming to Refocus for an appointment with Ophthalmologist Dr Andrew Swan. Marian did my eye exam. She was thorough, efficient, and friendly. Judy brought me to Dr Swan's office & asked follow-up questions; also, friendly. Dr Swan came into his office smiling, shook my hand then explained my exam results and did a second, different exam now that my eyes were dilated. Afterwards, we discussed whether I should change my prescription, No; get cataract surgery, Yes. I then went and met with Sandra to make a surgery appointment and left feeling really good about my experience. Easy 5 stars!

Dr Swan is a great doctor. If the highest score is 10, Dr Swan is an 11! He did cataract surgery on both my eyes. This is a very well run practice where I am lucky to be a patient. Everyone who works there is professional and kind and knows exactly what their role is. I had testing today by a professional young man. I believe his name was Sheldon. He was excellent.

The staff was helpful and respectful, especially Marian. Dr. Oresposa is very professional, intense and knowledgeable. I appreciated the care I received today. Thank you.

My Visit to ReFocus Ophthalmology - Dr. Andrew Swan Today I had my first appointment at ReFocus Ophthalmology, and I must say, the experience was smooth and well-organized. From check-in to check-out, everything ran efficiently -- I waited no more than 10 minutes before being seen. Dr. Andrew Swan was professional and clear in his communication. He took the time to explain his findings, which I appreciated. His approach was thorough and informative, making it easy to understand the results of the examination. That said, I did feel the visit lacked a bit of personal warmth. While everything was handled competently, the interaction felt more clinical than conversational. However, given that my findings were minor and the visit was straightforward, I was in and out in about an hour -- which is certainly convenient. All in all, it was a solid first visit: efficient, professional, and informative. I look forward to seeing how future appointments unfold.

Dr. Masi is the best I've been going to him since he had small children so it's been a long time. I'm sad that he's going, but I'm glad he's starting his new chapter. He so deserves it. The staff is amazing. Everybody's good they are so much fun and so polite. The receptionists to the techs to the doctors A+

Little to no wait time, staff is positive and friendly and very efficient. Dr was excellent. First time meeting her and she was very professional and very thorough. I will be seeing her again next week. I've been coming to this practice for years and I highly recommend it. I have never ever had a bad or negative experience with the Refocus Eye Center.
