I had a great experience at the Downtown Harvey & Lewis. Dr. Zebrowski explained everything in a clear way which I really appreciated. But the one who really made my day was Roberta. I just returned to Hartford after living some years in California! I was in need of new frames, and this store was the first to come to mind to explore. My mom brought me here as a teenager and I have great memories. She is also a regular customer. Due to work, I couldn't make it in until later in the day. I was greeted a bit gruffly upon entering and wasn't assisted without asking first. The staff primarily spoke to one another or were solely attuned to their computers. I can't pinpoint if it was due to the time of day, or perhaps they had a busy caseload. Either way, I was disappointed and bit surprised as this isn't how I remember the service. In sum, it discouraged me from wanting to make a purchase - although I was certainly prepared to do so on today. The frame selections are amazing - I'll keep looking for another brick and mortar.

Shout out to Dr. Brown and her amazing team. First of all, Dr Brown is both knowledgeable and compassionate about what she does. Just love her energy !! Then to sweeten the pot, both Amanda and Michael make you feel well taking care of. The over all space is warm and inviting. My visit was a 10/10

I've been coming to Harvey and Lewis since I was a teenager, they are very professional, attentive and make sure you feel comfortable. I absolutely love the staff, ESPECIALLY the front desk, she is friendly, bubbly and always has a smile on her face. The best part is that you're not waiting around for hours like most Eye Doctors offices around the area! 10/10 truly recommend

The people that work there were so helpful and figuring out my insurance and helping me choose my frames they were just terrific!
