She is so capable and friendly; it was such a great experience. And choosing glasses with Roberta is always a fun and easy experience. An excellent crew at the downtown Hartford location!

She's a great employer and making sure I had everything right on put and telling me which is right or wrong on what to not to do or do with my glasses. I always go to the Hartford Hospital office cause they're always understanding & patient, give me good advice & help me pick the right frames. Now I switched over to contacts & was scared cause I don't like putting things in my eyes but Ms. Maddie helped & showed me how to do it & now as I wear them it don't take so long for me to put in nor take out. Also Waleska helped me pick out my new frames. It's like she already knew my type of style I like & I'm very indecisive but she was patient & helped me w everything I wanted.
