AMAZING SPOT! New Doctors are much faster than before! Use to wait over an hour to be seen now I was seen within 15 mins! Staff is nice and personal! In 2 weeks, I had my glasses and contacts! Couldn't recommend more

Great service I called for 2 appointments and we were able to be seen the very next day! Had Our glasses put into our own frames we brought in which were ready in 2 weeks. I would recommend Hispanic Vision. The opthalmologist was very good providing me with the right strength prescription. I've had bad experiences in the past with someone giving me a prescription that was double than the strength I needed.

Horrible Service! The quality of patient care is at a ZERO! The staff never answers their phones or has you on hold for over 25 minutes. When you have a complaint nobody knows what to say or do. No one takes responsibility for anything that goes wrong and blames each other. They are unorganized. Rude. Disrespected me in front of other patients. I had to threaten to call the Dept of Health on them before they would even give me my money back. The manager is incompetent and cares very little for her patients. The owner must go through hell because of his staff. He eventually helped me and was kind but that was only after I went through hell not being able to see for a week. I suggest you go find another eye doctor. This practice is very unprofessional and incompetent. Try Dr. Gerber! He is awesome and helped me to get the proper care I needed after Harvey and Lewis and Hispana Vision both dropped the ball on my patient care.

I have been coming here for my eye exams for years. They very accurate like it should be with the eye exams. I recommend this place to anyone. Their glasses are pricey so I recommend you buy them somewhere else and their transition lenses peal easily so I recommend you buy that somewhere else too.

Horrible, paid for a contact fitting, they never called me for them and my prescription was only a few months old and had to re do it all over again, paying out of pocket.. never again. i recommend Harvey & Lewis on 45 Asylum Ave, right in the hospital. they do payment plans, are awesome and they CALL PEOPLE. Hispana Vision are lazy !!!!!

My daughter said she was telling the man she still can't see and he was rushing her to choose and telling her as long as she can still see ok it's fine..and she didn't tell me this till her annual this year telling me why she don't want them ... she still had to sit in the front of the class to see the board

The optometrist service here is always good. Unfortunately, the disconnect between prioritizing appointment clients over walk-ins or folks showing up late is upsetting. Plan to wait, even if you have an appointment.

Bad experience. The made me and appointment. I go there the appointment was not in the book. Second appointment i call because I'm running late. The tell me the will wait for me. Get there after i get there the cancel the appointment. So $50 dollars later the i paid for taxi to get there and back to my house I'm still don't have my glasses the i need so much for work and driving. A really bad place to get your glasses.
