Dr Lu, is a very happy person. And he rubs that off on you! And this let me know that there's still good people in this world and he's one of them. Very informative, cut to the chase kind of a guy. Helpful no information is with hold from you and that's what I like about him.

He is a great guy... he has help my daughter ,my husban and myself so much... down to earth understanding ...

I saw Dr. Lu for the first time a few weeks ago. He is the most compassionate knowledgeable doctor I've ever seen. He made me feel so comfortable and didn't pressure you if other patients are waiting. He found a small issue with my eye and recommended I come back in 6 months for further assistance. His genuine concern for your well being is insurmountable. I highly recommend Dr. Lu to anyone!

Dr Lu has been my eye doc for about 20 yrs. I always learn something every time I visit. He is very thorough. Several years ago, he spotted an usual change in my eyes. He sent me to the eye docs at Hartford Hospital- they were concerned, stumped at first, conferred with Dr. Lu, and another eye consultant. All turned out well- but it was good to hear the esteem these doctors had for Dr. Lu. While the office can be crazy, as soon as you walk into his examination room, he is completely focused on you as the patient. I opt to get my eye glasses through Dr. Lu - as he is very attentive to my difficult prescription - his office staff is professional and good natured. Vin is very helpful in fitting my eyeglasses. I very rarely write reviews.

My family and I have been seeing Dr.Lu for over 15+ years. He has not changed one bit ! He's is very accurate, informative and thorough with his work. Dr.Lu explains everything in detail and makes sure that you understand. I would recommend him to friends and family and I can't wait til my kids are old enough to be seen by him. The staff is very friendly as well.

He is more than an optometrist, Dr Lu is a BRILLIANT eye doctor. He can have you mesmerized with his knowledge. He is the only doctor that I have been to in the state of Connecticut that has a compassion in his field of expertise. He especially is a person of having no prejudice against patients he has or new ones just coming in a walk-in. He should be highly commended for the work he has giving to the Harford community. Yes can answer any question and beyond as being an optometrist. Yes did I say a brilliant man?!! News Channel 3, 30 and Channels 8 should be notified and interview him, this is definitely someone who is worth more than a Five star rating.......

My first time in this office and my visit with Dr Lu was well worth the wait. He was kind, had a great since of humor and thoroughly explained my vision care making sure I understood everything. Staff were kind as well.

I love my eye doctor I've been going to him for many years. He works with everyone. He always have great staff . This is a place you will feel comfortable with. I refuse to go anywhere else. I referred alot of people to him never a complaint. Thanks everyone
