I love this place. Not only is it run by family, but their service is off the charts. Been going here since 2017 and will continue to do so. They have my favorite brand which is Versace and have reasonable prices which they can help you set up a payment plan too. Jolie and Rosa are my absolute favorite people in the world. Humble, sweet, and patient. :)

I was given an appointment and was ask what kind of insurance do I have. Then when I get there after waiting an whole month to get in they were overbooked and I waited 45 minutes to be seen only to be told they don't accept my insurance which prior to this I was told that they do. I believe I was racial profiled and then told I can't be seen. I will be making further complaints.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars, the customer service is absolutely outstanding. Jolie is very attentive and knowledgeable; she was very patient in answering all of my questions and was very thorough in making sure I understood everything. Rosa is also a sweetheart; she helped taking my order and we ended up talking like we were friends. The atmosphere at Rivard Opticians is one of family oriented. They take pride in what they do and best of all, the prices are way lower compared to other opticians around. I will definitely be a returning customer.
