Communication with this doctor and her staff is horrible. They don't update you with text messages or e-mails. They claim that they call their patients but never leave any voicemail. What's even worse? I tried calling several times and left voicemails multiple times and guess what? Never received a call back. Please do better and learn how to communicate effectively.

Dr. Roth is an excellent doctor. She took great care of me when I had a corneal abrasion. 5 stars for Dr. Roth. Her billing practices, however, are terrible. It took 7 months for her office (I think it's a vendor) to correct the claim with my health insurance. When everything was finally fixed and they billed me for the correct amount, I couldn't pay with my HSA as they don't take credit cards. I needed to mail a check (and try to get reimbursement from my HSA). I have never had such a hard time paying a bill. 0 stars for her office.

Dr. Roth has been my eye doctor for decades. She and her staff always take the time to explain new procedures, answer my questions and listen to my concerns in a professional manner that is both clear and respectful. I am very comfortable with this team and would recommend this office to anyone.

Incompetent Staff, this practice is niether efficient or effective. Scheduling an appointment here should be a last ditch effort, wait times are un-predictable and can range from 15 minutes to 3+ hours. When arriving on time for my appointment the secretary had assumed i "wasnt coming" and archived my file my appointment was at 2:30 and it is now 4:00 avoid coming here at all costs.
