Dr. Kimberly Lefevre is a great doctor, I was having problems with my eye, she checked everything made me feel comfortable and addressed the issue I was having. The sales people were great but the eye doctor was not. I was unsure of his diagnosis, placing me in 2.0 readers, compared to currently 1.25. The doctor didn't explain very well, and the new glasses are causing more headaches then my old store bought 1.25. I think they are the wrong magnification

It was my first time in this office, usually I went to another, and Dr. Hillman was very smart, well educated, and very nice and passionate about what he is doing for his patients. Will be seeing him from now on.

I had an eye exam here and the doctor claimed to be making a very minor adjustment to my prescription, instead she made a significant change. I then had to go back for a prescription change, which took over 2 hours... The result of this mistake with my prescription has made my new pair of glasses cost me almost $1000 with all costs involved to solve the problem. So this doctor's mistake with my prescription made my new glasses cost more than double how expensive they actually are, and I had to use quite a bit of time just to have my prescription changed back. The fact that they made the mistake with my prescription and I had to pay for them to change it back is beyond ridiculous. I would never go back here for anything, and I would never recommend anyone go here. Other places are also far cheaper.

I'm honestly surprised this location has so many 5 star reviews. I'm going to be finding a new location going forward. The folks who work here are very nice and accommodating. I've had great service in-person for my annual eye exam and my contact lens fitting. Every star I'm giving is because of them. The issue is with their scheduling and the way they handle insurance. I had come in for appointments and been told that I'd been scheduled at the wrong location on 2 separate occasions. The location was so close to home that this was annoying, but not a deal breaker. The deal breaker is that they over charged me for a service and do a poor job explaining why. I was charged for a premium contact lens fitting despite having, for all intents and purposes, a standard fitting as defined by my insurance company. I called and spoke with a representative 2 different times for clarification on why I was charged, but was not provided a good explanation. When I sent an email asking why I was charged a $30 copay, they only said my plan indicates a $21.50 copay (meaning they just overcharged for no proper reason) and applied a credit to my account. I have no eye issues, so $8.50 doesn't break the bank, but I'd be much more upset if I had a $500 fee when, in reality, it should be $300, y'know? In summary, go here if it's located close to you, you're healthy, and just need some peace of mind on your eye health. Otherwise, don't waste your time.

The doctor was very kind and patient with my 11 year old daughter. However, she said that an explanation and sample products would be sent home - they were not. After waiting for several minutes (10-15) to receive directions, samples and pay, someone came out saying that payment was being worked on. No directions, samples, etc. Just

Dr. Hellman and Marissa were so great. Very friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Hellman took extra time to educate me on my eye health and I learned more with him during my first visit than I've ever learned from all of my previous optometrists combined. Wonderful experience and plan to stay here as a patient.
