I have been going to Flack for 2 years .. while the people there are Super nice. I paid $16k to have eye lashes removed then eye lid surgery... I'm now in a Worse place with my eye(s) AND out $16k .... I can't afford errors or the wasted time. I have moved away from this Practice.... Practice on someone else. He will NOT be doing anymore collecting from my account... And I need my eyes fixed Right . Nice people... No results !

My experience with the Falck Center has been great. I appreciate all that Dr.Falck has done for me. I am very happy with the results. I was going blind and now I have clear vision, no glasses needed. He also lifted my eye lids that were covering my pupils. I feel like a different person now, much needed weight lifted off from my eyes. I'm so thankful. Also thank you so much to the three wonderful ladies that run the office. You have all been nothing but proffessional and kind to me and everyone I see come into the office. Kuddos to you three. I went to Dr Falck for cataract surgery. The surgery was relatively successful, although the inserted lens developed a wrinkle within the first 3 months. My issues are with the terrible way that appointments are made. For the day after surgery appointment I was given an appointment time of 8 - 8:30 am. Apparently everyone who had surgery the day before were given the same time slot. I was there for almost 2 hours for a relatively quick post-op check. I was then given a 9:15 am appointment for a 3 month follow up. That day I was also there for close to 2 hours for a 10 minute exam by Dr Falck. I was given a 10 am appointment for my 6 month follow up. At that appointment I was never seen by Dr Falck and I left after 2 hours as I had another appointment that was not going to miss due his poor scheduling. He has no regard for the patient's time. Additionally, I was very uncomfortable that he left all of the exam room doors open when he was with a patient. I heard way too much personal information about other patients and their conditions as I waited in my exam room. He is probably the doctor you want if you have major eye injury or degenerative eye diseases, but I do not recommend him for cataract surgery.

I no longer go there. Plan on waiting 2 hours or more, as he schedules all his morning appointments at the same time. There may be as many as 15 people sitting in the waiting room that were all scheduled at 8 or 8:30am. Plus, he doesn't show up until 9am! He may be a great dr., but him and his staff have ZERO respect for his patients when it comes to appointments. Its the most idiotic system. He must think his patients have nothing better to do than sit, waiting for hours. Stupid!

Dr. Falck is a brilliant doctor! He uses patented eye testing equipment that he invented! He diagnosed my eye problems that I've been suffering with for over 10 years within two minutes. Three other eye doctors I have seen previously could not figure it out. People that complain about wait times... I don't know what to tell you. He's one guy with a bunch of employees and patients. Trying to juggle everyone, sometimes each individual will have to wait. Bottom line, he's damn good and friendly/professional.

Dr. Falck is a superior doctor and human being. He treats each patient with dignity and respect. He recommends what needs to be done and why. Over the years he has treated my mother, my sister, myself and more recently my close friend. He explained to my friend what the issue was and how to treat. She had been seeing another doctor for years with sub par results. He is the best!

You just wait hours and don't get satisfied answers. He can insult patient anytime. Waiting time around 2 3 hours before nurse call you in the room for exam and again you have to wait for doctor around half over 45 minutes. Every time very bad experience more than 11 years. Now finally I'm changing my doctor.

Strongly recommend against this practice. There are many qualified ophthalmologists in the area that will treat you with respect and give you highly skilled care. You WILL wait HOURS past your scheduled appointment time to be seen. You may or may not receive your medical records if you decide to leave the practice.
