Total Vision

Thank you to the Total Vision team for your overall care of my eyes. I recently had my first routine eye check-up at Total Vision and found the experience to be extremely relaxed and yet efficient. We didn't have to wait around to be seen by the tech or the doctor. There was plenty of parking directly out front and it is very accessible for those who might need handicap access. The front end staff greeted us and made us feel at home. The foyer area has a coffee/tea bar so you can sip on something while you browse around for your next pair of glasses. Our tech, Grace, was extremely friendly and kind. She spent a lot of time listening and quickly recorded our eye history and health for the doctor. Her calm demeanor calmed my apprehension of having tests and tools so close to my eyes. She seemed very efficient at what she was doing and yet made it a point to connect on a personal level with my daughter who was also having her exam. We didn't have to wait too long for Dr. Luke. He came right in and was very kind and helpful. He didn't rush us through the exams and stopped several times to ask if we had any questions. Once done, my daughter had her glasses adjusted by the very friendly and helpful optician. It was an overall wonderful experience and we plan on recommending and using Total Vision for our total eye care. Thank you, Total Vision!!

The staff is amazing. Very accommodating to let me bring my 3 1/2 year old son to my appointment. Always gave the best care for my eyes. Can't say enough positive things about this facility.

This place was amazing! I went in for a contact fitting and glasses. The front office staff were so friendly and helpful, the eye tech was so professional, and Dr. Ferrin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was having trouble getting my contact lens prescription correct and he got it right the first try! When I put my contacts on I could finally see again after a few years of trouble at a different office. The office was extremely clean. I am so grateful to have found this office. 10/10 recommend to everyone!

The staff at Total Vision was absolutely amazing. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my care. Everyone in the office was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office itself is beautiful and well-maintained. I highly recommend Total Vision!

Everyone there is super helpful and friendly. They were able to see me straightaway and I'm getting my new glasses in two weeks! The doctor is hilarious while still being professional; he explained everything, answered all my questions and put me at ease. Highly recommend.

Excellent service at Total Vision. The staff is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I have trouble finding frames to fit my face at most places but they had a plethora of frames in my size.

The staff was really weird and rude and the prices are outrageous. The initial visit for the eye exam the front desk lady gave me this weird im-better-than-you smirk when I told her I was here for my appointment. The doctor was very nice and helpful for the exam. When I came back to pick up glasses they gave me the wrong color glasses, and we went back and forth about how they were the wrong color, her expecting me to just buy them anyway. Then we found out they were someone else's glasses. When she came out with the right ones, and I took them off my face, she took them back and put them right back in the case and said "all set"? I said no, obviously they need to be adjusted, they're crooked on my face. Anyone who buys glasses needs them adjusted, right? Anyway she adjusted them with a bit of an attitude kind of. When she was in back grabbing them for me a different lady at the desk was staring at me. I stared back, then turned my head and pretended to look at something else. When I looked back at her she was STILL STARING AT ME. I looked away again and for a third time turned back with her staring at me and she gave me this weird sarcastic"how ya doig?" With a smirk. It wasn't flirting, believe me. It made me feel weird. The entire staff is 100 percent female if that says anything. Also I paid 175 dollars for the same glasses that would have been like 80 dollars at Walmart optical. I didn't go somewhere else because I'm in a wheelchair and I didnt want to wait another couple weeks and book another medical cab. Also the interior of the store is gaudy with incredibly tacky chandeliers that would be in a college girl's dorm room.

Great office, professional staff. No complaints. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a eye Dr.
