I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ulc and the entire team at Advanced Family Eye Care. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism that instantly puts you at ease. Dr. Ulc is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he truly takes the time to listen, answer questions, and explain everything thoroughly. He makes you feel like more than just a patient as he genuinely cares about your health and comfort. The staff is equally wonderful, always patient and helpful whether it's during the exam or while looking at frames. I left feeling confident in my care and grateful to have found such an outstanding office. I highly recommend Dr. Ulc and his team to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

I had a great experience when I first started going to Dr Ulc. He's a great Dr, very professional and really shows that he cares about his patients. Unfortunately I stopped going because of 1 staff member that embarrassed me not once, twice but 3 times in front of other patients and staff. I called the office 2 times and was told that I didn't have to pay my deductible all at once but every time I went to my appointment their she was making me feel like a looser who can't pay my bills and again in front of other patients and staff members! I always paid my deductible or copays in installments and did not have a balance with them but she was a tyrant about collecting copays and deductible's. The lady appointment I left in tears and will not ever go back. Witch is sad cause Dr Ulc is a awesome eye doctor!

Dr. Ulc is absolutely amazing. He is a true professional and truly cares about his patients. He will not let you out of his care until he is sure that you have been taken care of. The office staff was also professional and I love that there is never an extremely long wait to be seen. I will recommend this place to anyone I know looking for eye care. Such a phenomenal team!

Dr ulc is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. He is down to earth and takes his time with you both answering questions related to your visit, as well as taking time to ask questions to get to know you as a person. Every time I go in, I am welcomed with smiles. And everybody takes their time with you whether it's examing your eyes, teaching you how to wear contacts or picking out your glasses. I have had a few visits with them now, and would recommend them to anybody.

Dr. Ulc is a wonderful Optometrist. He's professional, thorough and very kind. The entire staff is always welcoming and eager to help me make good decisions about what frames and lenses to buy. I always have a great experience at my appts and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My first time visiting Advanced family eye care and it was a very positive experience for me The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. The nurses very attentive Dr. Ulc treated me as a person not just a patient he took the time to examine my eyes thoroughly and to explain why I was experiencing discomfort and the steps to take to help the discomfort throughout the day. He wrote a prescription for "dry eyes" but not only that I was given samples and coupons too !! I would highly recommend advanced family eye care for anyone looking for a pleasant experience with highly skilled staff. I will definitely be returning.

Honestly couldn't have found a better doctor. I've been to so many offices no one was as thorough as Dr. Ulc. He took his time with me and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. As soon as I showed up for my appointment the secretary greeted me and a tech took me back right away. The techs were also very informative and answered all my questions. They have a wide variety for frames and prices were very reasonable. I'm also a contact wearer and was running low he was nice enough to give me a trial pair to hold me over. Best office experience and highly recommend!

Dr. Ulc is such a sweet and compassionate doctor. He really takes an interest in his patients and make you feel very taken care of. The front office staff is very accommodating and happy to help with scheduling. Mike, the person who helps with finding frames, is so sweet and a total riot. They all work together to make going to the eye doctor as enjoyable an experience as possible. I highly recommend this practice.
