I am appalled about the non service received by you. I went in to see if you can repair the earpiece to my glasses. The gentleman took my glasses to the tech and then came back to inform me that it was unrepairable and if tried it would break. In addition I asked for my next appointment and was given for one a month later, January 2026. I left. Went to Walmart Eyeglasses store for a second opinion, went with my gut, the attendee at Walmart took it to the tech and bought glasses back to me repaired and cleaned. MrEye glasses told me that the glasses would break if they attempted to repair. I am a patient. I was doubtful because during my last purchase I noticed that they did not use my other insurance and I paid when I shouldn't have. Too bad because I will be cancelling my appointment and Walmart gave me one for tomorrow. They lost a customer while Walmart has gained a new one. Shame on you. People if it doesn't feel correct go to someone else. I didn't even tell Walmart until after repair.

Dr.s we're good but when i ordered my glasses and they came in they brought them out broken and had no resolution as to what happened , they also could not replace the frames , somewhere along the lines someone broke them and stuff happends but for people to lie or hide that they did that is ridiculous ,, they also said the next day that they could see if they could call around and see if another my eye dr had them,, I told them I found places on the Internet that had them and for cheaper , they then said we can only go through there franchise and that they couldn't get to it and maybe could by the end of the day. I requested a refund so we will see how long it takes to get that started ,, horrible experience horrible reslutions and horrible professionalism in this situation.

I've been with eye dr. for a couple of years. I mainly stay because the doctors are really great and efficient. It is also extremely easy to make an appointment.However, the front desk receptionist and clerk upon departure (when leaving to pay and order glasses or contacts) could benefit from customer service training. Today, my appointment was for 8 AM. I stood outside of the office and it was not even open yet during business hours. Three different staff members walked in after my appointment was suppose to start. The only one that acknowledged me was the first person, the assistant who did my initial vision check. She was very friendly and efficient.When I went to go check out, the clerk could not log into the computer, did not greet me, did not ask if I was interested in looking at any of the glasses. She only asked me if I was interested in ordering contacts. If she had prompted me to consider looking at eyeglasses, I would have been happy to shop and purchase. However, she then went to the front of the store; never asking me to follow her so I sat there with no direction as to what to do. When I started to get up to question, if my prescriptions were ready, she loudly said how much I owed for the visit and redirected me to a different station She finally was able to print both of my prescriptions at the front desk. At that time,I questioned where the signature of the doctor was and she told me I wouldn't need it. And then when I questioned again, she said "fine, I'll just get the doctor to sign it." I thought this was a very fair request on my end being as any prescription should have a signature from the provider. She made it seem like it was an inconvenience for the customer to request a signature on a prescription. I want to reiterate that the assistant & the doctors are great here. However, the front desk receptionist and the clerk could benefit from customer service training & how to communicate with customers.

Got the lenses in my current eyeglasses replaced at My Eye Dr. I originally got these frames at Warby Parker where I had high index lenses. I wasn't offered the option of high index lenses at My Eye Dr. Got my glasses and am disappointed I spent so much money for thick lenses.

Had a horrible experience. The doctor was great. But when it was time to put the insurance through they tried to tell me my insurance wouldn't cover my glasses.even after me telling them that I know my insurance covered them. She was to lazy to call. So when I get home I called just to find out it is what I said. So I called the office,just for her to tell me she would call the next day. So she calls me back the next day to let me know the insurance does pay. Never even apologized. I will never go back. So to add to this. Because I wrote this review. My glasses that were supposed to be ready in 10 days took 21 days. And only because I called them. Because they never called me to say they were ready. So not only did they try to make me pay for my glasses saying insurance wouldn't. But they added things to it without asking me if I wanted them. Then i believe they held my glasses because of this review. A lot of my family members were going there and also had little issues. But now will never go back. It sad how horrible this place is.

DO NOT attend this eye doctor. I came here last October for just an annual eye exam. I'm a member of EyeMed through benefits at work, so I get a free annual eye exam. I received my exam and even paid 40$ for retinal pictures at the time of the visit. A few months later I received an invoice for my exam of 77$, which should have been covered. I called them to inform them of the mistake. They told me that the insurance didn't cover the entire fee. So, I called the EyeMD, and they were adamant that my insurance covers the ENTIRE price of annual eye exam and I shouldn't have to pay anything considering it was IN-network. I called back and informed EyeMed who also called to rectify the situation. A few months later I received a letter from a collections agency for the 77$, I called their office that indicated that they cannot help me at all because they sold the debt to an agency and I now have to deal with the collections agency. I called EyeMed and they informed me there may be some Fraud going on. Since the amount isn't anything crazy, they were hoping to have me just pay the amount. That company had to hold the charge and then ended up selling it to a different company so I have to do this whole process over again. What this company did was irresponsible and awful because they wont even discuss the matter or try to rectify it. If I could give 0 stars I would.
