This used to be a wonderful and caring place. I guess the change in availability of qualified staff is at an all time low. When you make a appointment, leave work to show up for your appointment, that you waited weeks for, and someone forgot.
No empathy, no concern or consideration for long standing patients.
Two stars because the providers are actually good.

Jayna is awesome, patient, and kind! Without revealing my style and color, she knew exactly what kind of frames to identify!
I only have 2 cons: 1) after my blood pressure reading, I had to ask the Tech my results. Had I not asked, I would have not known my blood pressure was extremely high and to seek out for medical attention. My systolic number was very high and diastolic number were in the triple digits. 2) I felt that the Dr was dismissive about a question I had asked regarding an eye condition that I have.
I choose to overlook the bad with the good.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Joel's for several years, we actually drive 30 minutes to see him because of his professionalism and knowledge. He has a lot of patience with my children and actually did a full eye exam on 3 kids who couldn't sit still in under one hour. We love the office staff as well, they are so helpful especially when picking out frames! We would not go anywhere else!
