Dr. Patty was the first eye doctor to really go through the whole exam with me, explaining that she was testing my eye muscles (and how many), diagnosing my astigmatism and what is comfortable for me down to a T, and really just being an above and beyond human being. I felt like she truly cared about my comfort and my prescription; nothing was short-changed. I will absolutely plan on returning. (And the building is GORGEOUS!! The crown moldings in the waiting room are better than TV!)

I was not even 10 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment, seems sort of silly. Giving 2 instead of 1 because it is a little bit my own fault, but they should really give a bit of a grace period. People run late sometimes, though usually I never am. Annoying after running over there as quick as I could get there.
