If I could give minus stars on here I would. I recommend going here only if you want to be ripped off and have your insurance company overcharged. I have been going to this place for probably 10 years now. Not once have I checked my bill or the amount of money I was handing them out of pocket. (I know. Stupid me! ) However.....this time! I decided to forgo my usual Plain Jane single vision lenses, and go for the Progressive. Now these were ordered the day of my exam. Right after my eyes were dilated. Was I pushed to get the progressive lenses? Absolutely not. Did I feel pressured to get my frames right then and there by the guy behind the counter? who we couldn't figure out what his job title was other than to be rude? Absolutely! So I ordered my glasses. Came and picked them up when they were ready. Holy heck did I absolutely hate the progressive lenses. They were (at least for me) the worst thing ever. I could not see out of them, and after spending 5 minutes trying to get use to them in the store, I got an instant headache. Listen this is getting long so let me get to the chase. The thing is. I didn't like the progressive lenses, but not only the lenses, I realize the frames I had picked out when my eyes were dilated were almost the size of my face. I gave back the progressive lenses and frames (which they had charged me a $85 deductible). This whole order should have been cancelled and my $85 returned. Picked out new frames with just PLAIN lenses no bells and whistles. Never ever have put that on my glasses on all the years I've been going there. I'm very consistent. (Charged me $29 deductible. On top of the $85 that was never returned). Kicker is.... Got off the phone with Anthem and they paid out for the progressive lenses and frames. Bella and whistles. Very odd. Also very odd that once I brought this to everyone's attention after calling the office and asking for the refund the insurance company told me I was entitled to. (By the way I was denied this) And informing them that I had contacted my insurance company. Which I don't think they had expected. That suddenly the single vision lenses and frames are almost twice as much as the progressive lenses and frames?!? Plus they are trying to say my glasses, the single vision, plastic lenses glasses have all the bells and whistles on them. Guess what. They are Plastic! And I'll be happy to show them to anybody that asks! I promise you this is going to be handled. They thought I was going to go away quietly. Wrong. I will either have them tied up in court for my plastic lenses or. dealing with the insurance company for fraud for years. Heck I might do both. This is hole thing is stressing me the heck out!!!!

I could not praise this office enough. I am extremely grateful for such wonderful people. Very hard to find these days. I came in after a very stressful day and rescheduling appt after appt today due to an emergency. I suffer from multiple health issues and it takes a lot for me to make an appointment period. But this staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Especially the Dr. On today. Beret the nicest person I have dealt with in a very long time. And I could not be more thankful and grateful to this office. I will give praise where it's due always and it's due here. If you want to be treated like a human being then this is your place. Seriously I can't say thank you enough to this office to the staff and Dr. Thank you all and have a wonderful weekend

Front desk staff could definitely use some help. Not sure if they're having a rough day but they came off as super rude an inconvenienced by any questions I had for them. Either help your staff so they aren't snappy with your clients or hire people who already have the needed skills + patience. Also wild that there is a 7 day wait for them to share my perscription with me. It's not unreasonable to expect access to your own medical records.

I went to MyEyeDr about a year and a half ago. The front desk staff were kind and professional, but I would strongly advise avoiding Dr. Raymond Farmer. His lack of bedside manner was astounding, and he carried himself with an odd chip on his shoulder. This was particularly surprising given that he was relatively new out of optometry school at the time. The lack of humility in the job was, again, just really strange. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable interaction. I will not be returning.

I had the most amazing & excellent experience today over the phone with the contact lens consultant " Cheyenne". She went out her way to ensure I was took care of before I go away April 26th. I never had such amazing customer service to that extent before and she really made my day today. I truly appreciate her and I pray she gets recognized for her overall greatness.

I believe there are opportunities for improvement at this location. I found it concerning that a debate arose regarding which pen to use, and it was unexpected to be called out for arriving for my appointment within the grace period. I think it would be beneficial for the staff, particularly the balding white male receptionist, to focus on providing a more welcoming experience. Perhaps more training on customer service could enhance interactions and create a better atmosphere for everyone.

Its is so sad, I called this afternoon to schedule my daughter an appointment, An employee by the name of Tiny answer the call and, I said good afternoon calling to schedule an appointment for my daughter, I had to say it twice and the person disconnected the call, I then called again , same person answered and I said , theres no need to disconnect a call on anyone, may I speak to your manager, he then came on the phone and not allowing me to explain he said well she could not hear you, she did not hang yp the call, WOW, I said, this is the reason why companies loose customers because noone listen and the managers are just or worse than their employees, je also disconnected the call on me- what a same I DONT RECOMMEND NOONE FOR THIS OFFICE

Horrible customer service. Vanessa and her staff are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Gave them specific instructions to save my equipment but they threw them out and told me "oh well". Stay far away from her, everyone that works there and this company. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
