Been going here for years. My sons glasses broke and he needed a new pair. Called the office to purchase a new pair and they advised me I couldnt do that because his prescription is expired and he needed to be seen in office. I asked when the next appt was and they said end of november. They denied my son getting a new pair of glasses and expect him to walk around without being able to see for 2 mths. Terrible terrible patient care. Ive been a nurse for 20 years and would NEVER treat patients like this. Will be picking up medical records and finding a new dr and purchasing glasses online. Never heard of an eye dr denying someone from Being able to see!
