Very happy with my visit Dr was very professional and efficient Tania was super kind and patient. It was my first time using contacts and I was a little nervous, she coached me through the whole process of putting them in my eye and removing them leaving me feeling very confident for when it comes time use them on my own. Highly recommend

I traveled from Houston for a friend's wedding in Newport, RI this last weekend and realized upon arriving that I was having lots of issues with my right contact. I usually bring spares but this time I didn't. I use America's Best back home, so figured I'd give the nearest location a call. I explained the situation and they were more than happy to give me a trial lens so that I could see for the wedding. When I arrived, Tanya helped me out and wished me luck for the weekend. Everyone there was so nice and I am forever grateful to y'all for saving my weekend!! Thank you so much!!

The day of my appointment was amazing. When I picked up my glasses and contacts, it was an ok experience. I picked them up on a Thursday, that Sunday the screw came loose from the piece that holds my lens on my glasses and unfortunately I lost the screw when I tried repairing myself. I brought my glasses to the store Monday after work for repair. I was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait and I had zero problem with that. I walked a couple stores down to do some shopping. I finished quickly and returned to the eye store and figured I'd wait. When I walked in I was told they were ready. Great! I looked at them and they used a very long screw and it wasn't even a match to the color of the frames. When I asked if they had a shorter screw, I was told "I guess not". The inside of my frame where the screw was replaced was also scratched, and when I brought that up, I got a blank stare. After getting home and inspecting them more, I noticed a couple scratches on my lens. I won't be back. I am disappointed. If more time was needed, I would have been happy to come back in a day or two. If a screw of the same color wasn't available , I would have looked online for one. I currently can't wear the glasses as my hair will get all caught in that extra long screw and now there's a couple scratches on the frame and lens and I won't be blamed for that. If you look at the picture of where the original screw is, you can see there are zero scratches on the frame. Extra caution should be taken when repairing peoples glasses and it not be rushed. I would have been happy waiting or being told it would be a day or two as that's what I expected before I dropped them off for repair. I was so happy with my initial visit, that I even purchased the $129 membership. I will not be back to use it. So that was a waste of money.

I will never be back. This is the most disappointing optometrist appointment I've had. I came in and was rushed out in 10 minutes. The optometrist only saw me for 3 minutes. He didn't take his time to do things the right way. The whole team seemed hostile too; I heard to an employee give an attitude to a patient on the phone. I'm super disappointed with my experience because they had good ratings...

Broke my glasses and needed to replace them ASAP. My own Dr. wouldn't book me until 4 weeks out. I was taken the next day and had new glasses within a week!!!! Julia, Lindsay, and the rest of the staff were amazing!!!! Thank you guys for all of your professionalism and kindness!!!!

Great selection and the doctor was very informative of the progression of my vision improvements and provided suggestions. I felt the staff and services were very professional and a great value for the prices.

I am writing this to share a deeply disappointing experience regarding the customer service at this location, specifically involving Tania at the front desk. While I was present to provide translation and advocacy for my mother, I was struck by Tania's dismissive attitude and overt lack of professional courtesy. Her demeanor was cold, indifferent, and fundamentally "unfriendly." If I felt uncomfortable as a bilingual advocate, I can only imagine the level of isolation and poor treatment a patient would face if they walked through these doors alone without a translator.

Stuck at light into parking lot( there is no longer an arrow to turn). Arrived literally 3 minutes past appointment time. They refused to see me for being late. This was not on the confirmation emails or texts. The woman who informed I would not be seen seemed quite pleased and smug about it.
