I highly recommend this place for any eye problems you may have. I have gone here many times over the last 15 years, to both the Norwich and Groton offices, for glasses, annual checkups, and eye issues. At both offices, the staff, technicians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists have all been pleasant, efficient, and very attentive to my needs. The quality of care here, across all areas, is very high. I recently had cataract surgery with Dr Anish Shah, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr Shah was very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He answered all my questions (including ones I didn't think to ask) and he has a good sense of humor. The surgical coordinator, Stephanie Hyde, was also wonderful to work with.

There was very little waiting to before I was put in a room. Staff was pleasant, engaged in conversation make me relaxed. Always told me what they were doing and what to expect. The surgeon answered all of my questions and ones I hadn't thought of. I'm looking forward to having the cataracts removed this spring.

I just wanted to say thank you for the professional care that the staff has given me and my daughter. They are all so professional starting from the front desk beautiful ladies that greets people with the smile to Tyler taking care of my princess while doing the eye examination. And ultimately, the Ms. ophthalmologist that finalized my daughter's appointment that day. Overall, the experience was very positive and pleasant.

Very friendly staff. I do recommend however, if you're not ok with long appointments, beware. I was there over two hours. Waiting for the doctor to come in took the longest. I sat over 30 minutes. Otherwise everything else went good.
