I saw Dr Tran and she was extremely knowledgeable and nice. I pick out my first pair of glasses with the help of her and the staff who let me try on almost every pair in the store. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I would recommend this practice to everyone!

I have been going to family eye center for years, even before Dr Charles. I stayed on as a patient and absolutely love going there. Today, 01/23, I called because I have a problem with my eye. I was told they couldn't see me because the had no appointments. The woman answering the phone didn't even ask me my name or what was going on. She didn't even check to see if there was any openings. I found it very unprofessional. Now I need to figure what to do
