Went today to try my fix my prescription glasses mismatch I did with another company and Katherine was so nice and awesome to fix my problem, by switching my correct glasses into a functional frames, and she didn't even charge me for it. Now Kennedy Perkins optical is my default place for any glass and shades needs. Thanks Katherine, you're the best!!

I walked into Kennedy & Perkins because a nose pad had fallen off of my Oakley glasses, and I was having trouble finding a store that carried Oakley. They have a beautiful showroom with so many quality brands of glasses on display including Oakley, Ray-Ban, Maui Jim, Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, and so many others. I knew I was in the right place.
Kathy was helping another customer when I arrived, and I couldn't help but overhearing the great service she was giving. When it was my turn, Kathy treated me like family. She took my glasses into the back room and installed 2 new nose pads and wanted nothing in return.
I will be going to Kennedy & Perkins for all of my eyecare and glasses going forward. Thank You for the outstanding service Kathy...!! I will see you guys for my next eye exam and set of shades.

I left frames and asked for new lenses. While I left my frames, the lady helping me told me it would take 1 week (7 days).
It is 14 days today, and I did not get my glasses back. Whenever I called them, especially the lady who said she was the office manager, she was rude and reckless.
I left both frames, and it affected my quality of life. I could not drive at night times, and my son's training was also affected by this situation.

I wanted to recognize Kathy , she is an absolute professional . As long as she is in that location I will forever get my glasses there. Every time I go for adjustments she always takes care of me with patience and a smile on her face. I always had headaches before but she recommended the siluette and I never went back to anything else. I can't never say enough about her she's wonderful , I never experienced customer service like that before.

I would like to sincerely apologize to Kennedy & Perkins. I wrote a review out of frustration, but I now realize that I was wrong. It was unfair of me to leave a review simply because I had a disagreement with someone who worked there, and I take full responsibility for my mistake.

I have been to two Kennedy and Perkins locations and the staff has always been very professional. I had a great experience at this location. The dr did a very thorough exam and was attentive and present. The woman who helped me pick out glasses was so kind and helpful. Everyone I encountered was upbeat and had a great attitude, especially for the end of the day. I was also happy about the many glasses they had to choose from. Highly recommend!

The staff is very helpful in the selection and repair process. Michelle is WONDERFUL and came through for us again when she got my daughter's glasses in a very timely manner.
