Sandra, the office advocate and aficionado, was professional, informative, extremely polite and personable - all qualities seemingly lacking yet crucial in today's business environment. She is always a true pleasure to deal with and definitely a keeper at any cost. Thank you for a great experience. I go nowhere but here for my annual eye exams.

I NEVER leave negative reviews, however my recent experience at this location was deeply disappointing and warrants honest feedback. 3 months ago, my husband was told he could return his broken pair of glasses at my annual exam- 1 week after picking up his replacement. I returned the broken pair to the same female receptionist who was working today. When I arrived to utilize the protection plan for my broken glasses, I mistakingly left the damaged pair at home. I asked the associate if my husband could bring them in Monday morning (the next business day). I was told firmly that this was against policy and absolutely not allowed. However, during this conversation, another customer walked in to return his son's broken glasses AFTER already receiving a replacement pair last week- the exact situation my husband was in and I am now in. The staff had no explanation for why the policy applied to me but evidently not to others. Because they refused to make any reasonable exception, I had to drive 40 minutes there, 40 minutes home, 40 minutes back, and 40 minutes home again. This was completely avoidable. To make matters worse, when I asked about purchasing the glasses outright, the associate instantly quoted me a price more than double what I paid out of pocket just two months ago- without checking my file, a price tag, or computer. This company has lost our business along with our four other family members who are patients at this location. The inconsistency, lack of communication, and unwillingness to provide basic customer service was extremely disappointing.

I had an appointment in the morning and got in pretty quick, but then was stuck in the waiting room for more than an hour and a half. People were coming in after my appointment and getting helped right away and getting their sizing for their glasses without having to wait long. I went to the receptionist multiple times and she was nice, but not helpful for when I'm gonna be helped. She said they will be with me soon, but I have been waiting and just looking for my prescription. Will never be coming back.

Went There several times before I ran into employees that were rude and nasty! One such employee if still employed repeated the same speech over and over. " It's all good " "it's all good " "it's all good " until I could not take it anymore." Then I had a clerk tell me I broke my glasses no warranty ! Finally I reached out to Warren and he handled the problem ! Going to miss Dr. Ferreira! Please lose my name!!!!! It's all good!

I was there as a squeeze in. Yes I waited, but as I waited I noticed how polite and helpful the staff was. Especially Sandra! There wasn't a person that came in there, that she didn't help or suggest something for them. Even when a child came in, she gave her a coloring book. The child was so excited. You usually don't see that kind of help anymore, unfortunately.

My son, husband and I received excellent service today 11/28/2025 from Sandra (Reception) and Jenn (Tech) . We come to this office because we like Dr Raymond. He is very patient and answers all our questions. Norma Diaz

absolutely awful receptionist sandy. horrible experience, waiting 1 hour just to pick up my contacts because she just wastes time. will not be coming back to this eye dr, because this is just absurd. super rude too and is honestly just clueless. words can't describe how pissed off I am having to deal with such a awful unpleasant women, the doctors themselves are lovely but the receptionist made my stay unbareable.

I called to contact the doctor about my new contact lenses. I still have not received the phone call. They are extremely rude. I was trying to explain to a gentleman who works there about the glasses that I ordered for when I don't have my contact lenses. His response to me was I was making no sense. And then he made a remark about how many contact lenses I was trying out. I finally found a pair of contact lenses that were perfect for me so I called to let them know that and I would like to order both contact lenses. However I love the doctor. Then not all the employees are rude. But as a business everybody should be professional. And can I mention kindness goes a long way. My friend answered my telephone for me last week and when they said my last name she said it was not me and the person just said okay very rudely and hung up the phone. I was wondering if that was possibly them. I will try calling again tomorrow to see if I get any response. I would like to finally get my contact lenses where I can see. The lady at the front desk told me that I had to pick my battles and figure if I want to see up close or see far away. My response was I want to see clearly.
