I called the office once I was notified that I had a bill that went to collections and paid it immediately! The $155.00 bill is on my credit report and the office says only the collection agency can remove it and the agency says the office is the only one that can do that. For a doctor to be so money hungry and do this to a patient that didn't get a bill because I moved is beyond disgusting! He and his rude staff should be ashamed of themselves! He wasn't personable and his bed side manner sucked! More interested in making money than the medical care of his patients. Btw his original bill was thousands the $155 was the balance.

I received a prescription for glasses from this clinic that was unusable. I couldn't see with the distance vision in the lenses made with the prescription. But the bad prescription was not the actual problem I had with this clinic. My problem was trying to have a calm, logical conversations with an optical professional in order to determine what might be wrong. After having a few different lenses made that were unusable, I went back to the office to see if a mistake was made with the initial prescription. The tech assured me the prescription was good and the lenses I couldn't see with were good. Another set of lenses were made elsewhere, but the result was no different. I called the clinic again to say that despite their previously identifying no issues, there was still something very wrong with the distance portion of the lens. As I described my unresolved issue to the tech she was quickly overwhelmed easily confused and became defensive, irrational and argumentative and never actually respond to anything I described. I explained I couldn't read street signs when driving. She argued my reader prescription didn't change. I was referring to seeing at a distance. To read. Traffic signs. Not books 15 inches from my face. I explained that I had to put on old glasses to see when driving. She said if I had cataracts no glasses would fix that. I restated that I "put on other glasses TO SEE when driving." She offered the following assessment of the problem: Nothing is wrong, her instruments indicate everything is accurate. I have too many glasses and am using them wrong. I am getting old and need more time to adjust. I will never see 20/20. Skeptical about the wisdom in her odd claims I obtained a second complete eye exam elsewhere. The glasses made from this new prescription are perfect and have allowed me to see distance clearly from the moment I put them on. And I'm 2 weeks older than I was the last time I "required more time to adjust because of my age"...ha ha. No amount of time was going to improve the vision in the previous lenses. And the tech might have been able to understand that if she had focused on what I was saying and took a moment to process the information rather than default to quick, hostile, ineffective reactions. The only reason the lenses I couldn't see out of matched what their instruments indicated was because neither of them were right. Along with the kooky, dismissive, inaccurate assumptions the tech made.

I love it. A real and thorough office.

Terrible experience. Felt super rushed after they forgot about me for over an hour and uncomfortable with doctors demeanor, unwelcoming and very unpleasant. I will never return!
