Charged over $600 for a pair of lenses. Would not mail a receipt for the lenses or my prescription. I had to go down in person for the receipt. It's a good thing the ground is frozen or Dr. Dave would be kicking the ground off his grave. Won't be back.

When I came and had scans done and determined I needed a specialist, they worked tirelessly to help set me up with a retina specialist that would accept my insurance and get me in quickly. Super, super nice, they set me up with a follow up appointment and I can't wait to have them be my primary eye care provider. Thank you!

Great office. Very thorough and accommodating staff from front to back. I've never had a bad experience with the office and they've kept patient care and safety at the forefront through a very difficult time. Dr. Sirignano is great and I would recommend him and his staff to anyone in the greater Torrington area. Easy choice to continue seeing him despite moving about 40 minutes away. Excellent care!

I have to say I love the doctor here. He is so nice and has great technology. With that being said the billing is very frustrating. They say they take my insurance and they are listed on the insurance site. They will not bill my insurance however. They said they can give me a recipe to submit. They seem to find a reason to put everything through medical anyways which doesn't help if you have an HSA plan. Just be very careful with them if you try to use vision insurance.

Bring my 89 yr old Mom there, really like Dr.... very interested and knowledgeable....some in office are not so knowledgable. I wanted to become a new patients along with my hubby...previous Dr retired. Office told me I had one price, while my husband had less... we have the same insurance !!! She told me in no uncertain terms that she didn't care what documents I brought to her...the price was the price !!! I left before seeing the Dr. Idk if Dr knows how his office is running people off !! ...I am sad, because I cannot see this Dr., and won't be disrespected by his staff.....(ps...overcharged my Mom over a year ago and will NOT refund it....use it as a credit they say...)
