Sam is very great. She definitely adds to your team! The Trumbull Cohens is my home location. I normally haven't purchased glasses in a while because I wear my contacts. Just had my yearly eye exam today, 1/8/22. As always, amazing service by everyone at this office! Despite a minor issue with my insurance upon arrival, Andrea did an amazing job contacting VSP and getting everything sorted out. She was super helpful, kind and courteous throughout my visit and was a pleasure to work with. Andrea's service specifically is a great asset to the office! Her coworker was so friendly and helpful as well, really a great staff there overall. Dr. Rao as always was top notch, gave me informative feedback about my eye health and answered all my questions. I've been going to this location for years and will continue to, really a great experience overall.

This place requires customers to do Retinal Imaging for $39, other than $10 of copayment. I have been doing an eye exam in many of differenct optical places for more than 30 years. Retinal Imaging was optional always except for this place. In the appointment, the call rep said the price but DIDN'T SAY IT'S REQUIRED. Just be aware folks!

I was looking for a quick replacment for my broken glasses. I walked into the store and was helped by Andrea. She was very sweet and easy to work with. She provided me with different options for my issue and when I arrived at the one I wanted was able to find me a great price. Luckily Cohens had my lenses and I got new glasses 2 hours later!! Definitely would recomended to anyone needing a pair of glasses.
