Prior to my appointment i received a call from doctors office notifying me that my insurance was expired, which I had no knowledge of, I proceeded to call my insurance company to see what was the problem and at this time I was also in contact with Danny who was the person in the doctors office who contacted me about my insurance, not being involved after calling my insurance company and finding out what the problem is. I reached out back to Danny at the doctors office. She started to get involved more and more by trying to resolve my problem because the insurance company was being hard all this time I was being kept in the loop of what was going on between my insurance. Early this morning before my appointment, I received a call from Danny that she still had not received my referral from my general practitioner I told her I would take care of it. I proceeded to go to my doctors office and get that referral. I brought it into the office where I was greeted by Danny. She took care of the problem on the phone and while I arrived, she was very helpful and very professional.

I'd been a patient of Dr.Tom's for many years until his recent retirement. Yesterday's visit with Dr. Huang was my first, and I'm already quite happy with my new doctor! This was the 21st time I've endured a needle injection in my left eye yet somehow, he immediately put me at ease. Jason, the physician's assistant, was equally welcoming and knowledgeable, answering my technical questions. And, best of all - for once - there was neither pain at the time nor lingering discomfort the following day. An extremely positive experience! Well done on every level.
