Terrible experience at the doctor's office of the vision center. Incompetent admin at the front desk - has no comprehension of how insurance works. I was initially told my insurance covers my eye exam, but AFTER the exam, I was told that they do not take the insurance, having me pay tthe entire cost Plus the copay of the insurance they supposedly do not accept. After a few minutes I realized that the person was not comprehending the process, so I paid in full and left. Will not go gack. The eye glasses section was great, they are different from the doctors office.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked into the Cromwell eye docs office on Saturday, one person sitting in a chair waiting, a young girl behind the desk asked if she could help I stated I wanted to make an appointment and was told I could call to make one, I said I am right here can't I make one now and she said she was too busy! Called yesterday to talk to Kim the manager and was told I could leave my name and number and she would call me back, of course that never happened. Called back today and was told she is not in but I could leave a message. I said no and am now writing this review. Go anywhere else but this place!
