I have had glasses since I was 4 years old. Believe me, you will not get a better eye exam anywhere! Always friendly and professional. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about Visionary Eye Care.

Awesome selection of glasses and very thorough eye exams! The doctor took the time to give me a great eye exam. I felt confident that I was going to walk out of there seeing my very best and looking great too!

The doctors and staff at Visionary Eye Care are professional and very pleasant to deal with. Lots of great choices for frames. My husband and I have purchased several pairs of glasses for ourselves and our sons, and our sons were fitted for contact lenses. You won't be disappointed!

I go once a year to have my eyes checked out and get my contact lenses there. Dr Lisa is the best and is very thorough with the examination and explains everything. She knows me and follows my condition. Cindy is very helpful and knows her stuff and the girls seem great. I never had any issues. It's hard to find real good service and I get disappointed frequently but I'm posting this because I get good care there and I saw they got a bad review. Not with me. Check them out, I recommend.

I have been getting my eyeglasses from visionary for years! I ALWAYS receive excellent service!! Sue is ABSOLUTELY fantastic! I have MS and have trouble walking. I went today to get frames fitted. Sue came out in the cold to my car and did my appointment from there so I didn't have to get out and walk or deal with my fears of Covid. SERIOUSLY who gives that kind of customer service anymore!!!! NO ONE that's who!! I will never go anywhere else. Thanks so much Sue for such wonderful kind customer service!! Debbie Mosier

Do Not Go there! It was a huge disappointment after my first visit. The eye exam went really well and the optometrist (Lisa Arciero) was very nice. However, the charges kept on coming without informing you prior. The visit was covered by my vision insurance, and I walked out with a receipt confirming the balance is completely covered. However, shortly, a bill was charged to my medical insurance stating there was a fee to be paid. And now there was another bill that is charging for the eye exam visit. SCAM! Be careful when you go there. The organization is run poorly and they use nasty tricks to make more profit. The staff are extremely rude when it comes to billing, and they will dodge your problem by continuously stating the fact that you owe them money.

Immediately following my 1 star rating and review of my visit to the store in Wallingford, the owner called me and assured me he would address my concerns. I'm happy to report that I received a new pair of glasses under the warranty and also the staff was kind and courteous to me. Since they remedied my concern as quickly as they did, I have changed my rating to 5 stars! :)

I waited over 5 months for an eye appointment that I desperately needed. The day of my appointment, about 3 hours before my appointment, I get a phone call from this center to that they have to cancel my appointment and cannot reschedule me until January. That is another 4 months of waiting? 9 months of waiting for an eye exam are you kidding me?! Not to mention the woman at the front desk was beyond rude and dismissive. Thank god there are other, better places out there because this place isn't it!! No wonder they have only 3 stars.
