Horrible place to go for Glasses Doctor Medwick is too old to be practicing, and as you can see from the photos, I paid very good money to have transitions put in my lenses, and they are disintegrating. I brought it to their attention, and she swore me in a dark room that they were simply scratches. I went to a better doctor. I'm able to get new glasses and I trust that their lab will do a good job.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Medwick in Waterford since 1984! Dr. Medwick and I have become friends during the past 41+ years and I can strongly recommend him. I have several issues with my eyes (glaucoma, a cataract and very extreme nearsightedness). Dr. Medwick has carefully monitored my conditions over the years and kept me in the best shape that can be expected.

I wish I could rate this at less than one star.... This company is run absolutely terrible. My wife is still waiting over a month for her contacts to show up, and my step-daughter has been waiting for her glasses that were "over-nighted" over two weeks ago. On top of all this, they never notified us they didn't take our insurance before we showed up for the eye exam resulting in us having to shell out hundreds of dollars unexpectedly. I will not be doing business with them following these transactions. I guess i should have read the reviews on this business before deciding to do business with them. Absolutely horrible!

I have been going to Dr. Medwick for about 3 years now; I have always had a great experience. Dr. Medwick is very knowledgeable and he also has all of the improved equipment (no more puff of air to the eye!). I find the office staff to be efficient also; my last appointment was February 9th, 2016, and my contacts arrived February 24th, 2016.

The two girls at the front desk are so incredibly friendly and nice. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and made my experience in the office welcoming. They went above and beyond to help all my needs. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

DON'T GO HERE....My experience was awful. I got the exam which was fine but it took 2 weeks to get my glasses. When I went to go get my glasses the woman told me that he had percribed a bi-focal and I said I could read out of them and I could see far, but when I got home I went on my computer and I could not even see the screen. I contacted them and they said they knew because he percribed a bi-focal they said the doctor did not tell me and I said no I just found out when I picked up the glasses. Kathy told me that I could get the progressive but I would have to pay$150. Kathy said because of my insurance "Spectera" I told her I would contact my insurance because this was not right her words exactly "YOU GO AHEAD AND DO THAT" she was very rude. I did contact my insurance after being on the phone a long time my insurance contacted them and she told them it would be $110 after telling me $150 somebody wants to pocket $40. So needless to say I'm screwed I will be buying some glasses just to see my computer screen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I honestly do not know where to even start on this one. I was just getting a routine check up eye exam when Medwick forcefully removes my contacts with his bare dirty hands. Next thing I know I developed PINK EYE from his trashcan hands. By the way, I have waited over 6 months before trying to get new contacts because it turned out that the secretary he hired was taking the money patients gave her and USED IT FOR CRACK COCAINE! I wish I was making this crap up but sadly I'm not.. beware..

Excellent professional service from the Doctor and office staff. I also love the silence in the examination rooms. Keep up the good work. Thank you. Brian Henry
