Every person that I encountered at this practice was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, from the Dr. to the administrative staff and the eyeglass technician, couldn't have asked for a better visit. The eye exam itself was seamless and educational. The eyeglass selection was fantastic. Have already recommended this practice to others.

My family has been doing business with this location for years. The last time I was there I had a really bad experience. Fortunately for both me and the business the owner found out and personally called me, listened to what I had to say and genuinely was apologetic. I planned on getting prescription sunglasses and was going to take my business elsewhere. The owner offered me a large discount as a way to make things right. I picked up my new glasses today and everyone was wonderful without knowing I had a problem in the past. After I paid without asking for any discount I asked if the owner was in. He came out and treated me like I was family and asked if I was ready for my discount. I told him it wasn't needed. He had already earned my families business back by being understanding, and apologetic. He also let me know the person I had an issue with is no longer employed by them. I would give this business 10 stars if I could.
