I was able to see multiple doctors at this practice and really had a great experience with all of them. The staff is extremely supportive and it really seems like they all really enjoy working together. Highly recommend this practice!!!

I called and made two appointments as new patients. I was asked both of our insurances during the scheduling call and was told the office accepted both. When we arrived, after a 30 minute drive, we were told only one insurance was accepted; they don't take state insurance. I also found out by looking at these reviews that the office does not accept any Vision plans. I now understand this has always been the case for this office but this is not common within the industry and at the very least should be something new patients are notified of. After finding this out, I asked if I would still only be charged my copay and was told yes. During my appointment, I was notified that this was not true and in order to receive my prescription and the most accurate results, I would need to sign a consent form to be charged an additional $40 for a test that is billed individually. My appointment was also scheduled for 10:30 but I did not leave the office until 11:50, a much longer wait time initially than I expected. I did arrive early to complete my paperwork. Due to this office not accepting my vision plan, I was unable to order glasses that day as I would need to pay out of pocket and then discuss the matter with my insurance company. The visit itself with the doctor was wonderful but the lack of communication by staff scheduling appointments and explaining fees is just too much to overlook.

The doctors at this practice are great, but make no mistake about it. This is a business and their goal is to make PROFIT. Each time I've visited this office I've waited no less than 30 minutes to be seen. Why? Because management has imposed profit quotas and they over book. The result? You sit and wait because management and the office manager, just don't care about you. They care about the profit that they make off of you. The Optical department used to be good but Jessica left. Do yourself a favor. Save yourself 60% and go to Costco or any other optical shop!

Absolutely top notch, top drawer operation! Wonderful, cordial, welcoming staff. State of the art offices and equipment. And Dr. Temnogorod is both gracious and stellar in her work. After struggling with heavy eyelids for several years, constantly having to raise my eyebrows in order to see properly, I had an eyelid lift done and the results were nothing short of miraculous. Even with some residual swelling in the first week post-op, I could see without straining. Cannot recommend Shoreline highly enough!

Horrible! Complete waste of time. Made an appointment for my 90 year old father and when we arrived time were told they don't take Medicare. They should have been up front about that. I took a day off work and it takes a lot to bring a 90 year to an appointment.

I had a great experience at Shoreline Eye Group. Dr.Jenny made me feel extremely comfortable during my procedure. She explained everything thoroughly and the results were amazing, I had nothing but a positive experience with her. I highly recommend Shoreline Eye Group.

I was suppose to have cataract surgery in the summer of 2023. I had to postpone it because I was diagnosed with lung cancer. I rescheduled it this fall after I finished my cancer treatment. I was told the earliest I could have it done was July 2nd 1924 and i got a list of all my appointments, etc. I went on June 24th to meet with surgeon and have eye measurements done. When I saw Dr. Haim he told me very QUICKLY he wouldn't operate on me because my eyes were 'narrow" and he felt I needed to see a specialist. I waited for 7 months for this appointment. The appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. I want to know why I didn't see the doctor at the beginning of this process. I was in tears when the Doctor told me that he would not do the procedure. Now I have start all over again. I think he saw I was upset but honestly he just wanted to move on to the next patient. He couldn't get me to the reception desk fast enough. I have been a patient of Dr Lemire for 25 years and i do like him but after this experience i I may have to find another eye practice. Maryann Roach

Have seen Dr Haim for years. Always the best, always professional. Love him. Brought my dad to see Dr Jenny at the practice for his eye lids and he couldn't be happier. This is the practice to see. You won't be disappointed.
